These are usual size for most magnesium pills. I found the gel cap to absorb enough water to get slippery within 10-15 seconds, and easy to swallow without getting stuck. Ingredients would have to be tested of course, but they seem to work as they should, and this is a known brand that I’ve used before without issue.

This is a plastic container with 180 magnesium glycinate capsules. The other ingredients listed on the container are: Hypromellose (Cellulose Capsule), Citric Acid, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Microcrystalline Cellulose and Silicon Dioxide. They’re not manufactured with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish, tree nut or sesame ingredients. They are produced in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens. However, they have not caused any ill-effects to me, and I do need to avoid gluten, so I believe these to be safe and allergen-free.
I appreciate that these capsules are made and quality tested in the USA. NOW FOODS is a brand I would trust. Having tried magnesium supplements that contain all kinds of added ingredients (including sugar and sweeteners), I appreciate this brand and its much cleaner, more basic approach.
I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate at the advice of my doctor for some months now. These capsules are larger than I prefer, but they do seem to be the standard size for magnesium supplements. My main problem was opening the bottle, since the security seal at the top pulled off completely without revealing the contents. However, I was able to get it open eventually.
I’ve been taking magnesium glycinate for a long time now, on the advice of my doctor. I haven’t had any problem with these supplements, and would buy them again.

I have taken a magnesium supplement regularly for years. Occasionally I stop taking magnesium and I can definitely tell the difference.
I acquired this particular magnesium product because I usually take magnesium citrate and this is a different form, specifically magnesium glycinate. From the literature I read they have slightly different functions so I thought I would try this version. The fact that it is from a brand that I use regularly also helps.
This supplement also comes formulated with BioPerine which is an extract of black pepper that is supposed to improve absorption. It also lists various other health benefits which I won’t list here.
The capsules are moderately sized and easy to swallow, one serving is 2 capsules so you get 90 servings in the bottle, which is awesome.
For me personally, I like that a serving is 48% of the recommended daily dose of magnesium. I’m not one that likes mega doses of nutrients. 48% seems reasonable to me.

I’ve taken a lot of other supplements from time to time from the NOW company, so when I saw they were offering magnesium supplements, I thought I would give it a try. I have absolutely no complaints, and it is the level of quality I would expect from this name brand.
I usually keep magnesium citrate around the house, and this is a different type of magnesium. I have read that it still provides you with magnesium but can also assist in sleep, so I thought I would try this version. It also comes with Bio-Perine included, which is supposed to improve absorption. The fact that it is from a brand that I use regularly also aided my decision to try this new formulation.
The capsules are smooth and easy to swallow. I was a little down when I saw that one serving is 2 capsules, so you only get 90 servings in the bottle, instead of 180. But at the current price point, it is still a good value, so I can’t complain. Finally, I like that a serving is about half of the recommended daily dose of magnesium. I’m not one that likes taking 800% of some vitamin on any given day.
All in all, I am very satisfied. 5 stars!

Good company, and have used a variety of their supplements. I like that this has BioPerine in it, but if you want only a magnesium supplement, without anything else in it, you probably want to try a different product.
