I’ve been supplementing my magnesium levels since 2007. Since 2017, I’ve been using Doctor’s Best High Absorption Magnesium Glycinate Lysinate and I’ve been very pleased with it. So it is the Doctor’s Best that I will compare this to.
I’ve been taking this Nature’s Fusions Nutri Triple Magnesium Complex supplement every day for the past two weeks (three capsules/day before bed) and I’ve suffered no detectable ill effects or issues. The dosage of three capsules is right in line with the three tablets I normally take of Doctor’s Best.
This Nature’s Fusions Nutri Triple Magnesium Complex provides 110mg of elemental magnesium per capsule (or 440mg for four). The Doctor’s Best provides 100mg of elemental magnesium per tablet. The Nature’s Fusions costs .12 cents per capsule (at the time of this review with no Subscribe & Save discounts available at this time). The Doctor’s Best costs .08 cents per tablet (at the time of this review, outside of Subscribe & Save and .06 cents per tablet with a 15% S&S discount).
Overall, this is a good, high quality Magnesium supplement, but it’s priced a bit higher than my usual Magnesium supplement with similar dosage per capsule/tablet.

What can I say except this is a great supplement. Magnesium helps with many things and this this is a great product.

If you want a variety of types of magnesium, this’ll get you there. The biggest downside is each serving is 4
(not small) pills and the mg isn’t all that high.

While this works great for me for sleep, there are two problems with it that keep it from being the perfect formula for me. First, four large capsules is a LOT for me to take, especially at bedtime. And second, even though this claims third party manufacturing, I can’t find any indication of who did it or if they “purchased the results”. I’ve seriously contacted companies before who claim that they did have third party testing done, but if they don’t purchase the results, I don’t think it actually matters. Those results need to be available to consumers for our health and peace of mind.
So, while this works well for me for sleep, I probably won’t purchase it again unless they become more transparent with who did that testing and what the results are.
For those new to magnesium taurinate, it can be tough to find enough information on this but after extensive research, it seems to be one of the few magnesiums that is believed to cross the cell barrier, including the brain barrier. That may be what helps it give me the best sleep of any magnesium other than magnesium threonate. I try to alternate the two for the best sleep.

I think this is a good quality magnesium supplement. There is nothing for filler, just magnesium. I have tried a number of different varieties of magnesium and to me it seemed like this brand gave me some of the better results of all that I’ve taken so far. The only thing I would change would be is if I could get the recommended daily dosage in less capsules. I think these are a pretty fair value when you consider the quality of the supplement.

Nutrition Triple Magnesium Complex review
I ordered this particular magnesium because it is a mix of three different types of magnesiums and magnesium malate was one of the forms I was wanting to be included. I like the idea of a complex of magnesiums because I am not positively sure which form is the best one for me or even if there is one type that is best. So I thought this formula had a pretty good chance of being good since it is a mixture of magnesiums and also that it is chelated to make it easier on GI issues. I also like that magnesium malate and magnesium glycinate are supposed to be easier on the GI tract and in addition that by being chelated the magnesium would be more easily absorbed.
The expiration date on my bottle is 11/2026. The bottle of 120 capsules had a safety seal beneath the lid. The recommended daily dosage is 4 capsules so this bottle is a one month supply.

This supplement contains Glycinate, Malate, & Taurinate. I’ve heard most people are deficient in magnesium so it is nice to be able to get a bottle of magnesium that contains more than one type all together. I also like the fact that it is made in the USA and is lab tested.

I chose this magnesium supplement because I am still learning about magnesium and am not sure which form is best for me. The expiration date on my bottle is 11/2026. These pills are easy to take and I have not experienced any discomfort or noticeable side effects. The product listing has certificates of analysis, but the bottle itself does not have the 3rd party tested checkmark, or the non-GMO or GMP facility seals, which is a bit concerning.
