I struggle with my nails tearing and take biotin supplements on a daily basis. I ordered these as they were indicated to have high biotin levels. I have not noticed any changes since I started taking this supplement, no better or no worse. It is American made and priced reasonably, so a good alternative for for biotin.

Not enough biotin for me, but enough keratin and hyaluronic acid that I can just supplement with more vitamins. Plus black pepper and pumpkin seed, which is great for the internal system, although I would have never thought to put those two together with keratin and biotin. Good set of ingredients.

I got this recently.
It is a bottle loaded with 180 pills.
I was about to run out of biotin.
I take biotin every day. Have taken it every day a couple years now. And my hair loves it! And my nails….without question at 53 my nails are the strongest i have ever had easily!!
A serving out of this huge bottle has 33,333% of daily biotin.
And thats exactly what i want.
Its got other good stuff too….a plus for me

I really don’t mind a lot of the ingredients, though the DHT blocker is certainly questionable, both in efficacy and for hormonal balance. If there is actually a DHT blocker in here that is efficacious, I would highly recommend men stay away, however I do not believe that is the case. After reviewing the ingredients, I don’t believe that is a legitimate claim.
I would also like to say that some of the ingredients are quite questionable to consume, and again, I’m not sure if they are actually in here (I mean eggshell membrane collagen?? Who is coming up with this/studying this/confirming it’s actually in the product).
The biotin is likely there, which is really only efficacious if you are deficient in your B7 vitamin intake. Realistically, you could likely see more results from an improvement in your current diet, but this is a good supplement if that isn’t an option.
I am quite disappointed with the taste, as it is quite literally a hard pill to swallow. I’m not sure if it’s the pepper, or if the other ingredients make these taste horrid and feel weird going down, but it’s quite unpleasant to take these.
