Great ingredients. Just a warning…I usually take tinctures right from the bottle under my tongue. This one is a bit strong tasting, so I would recommend mixing it in water, etc before taking. It’s got quite a bitter/herbal taste. The contents are great for a variety of health benefits/energy.

I like that this tincture is USDA certified organic. Many claim to be organic, but don’t have the seal. It is recommended that you take 15-60 drops of Clarity 3-5 times per day in at least 1/4 cup of water. I feel this is a quality tincture, and I am pleased with it, but it does have a strong taste. It seems to help the lungs, and I will only be using it when needed.

I purchased this for help with my lungs during a rough time with asthma. Although not a cure I do believe it has helped me with my breathing!

Five Flavors Herbs Clarity tincture has a great blend of powerful herbs known for calming the nervous system. The tint bottle comes with dropper for easy dispensing, however the dropper does not have any measurements marked on it. So it takes some effort to find the dosage you are taking. Also, the suggested dosage is upto 15- 60 drops 3 to 5 times daily. That is a lot to take, this tiny bottle will last only 10 to 15 days and it is kind of expensive for the amount you get.
It is easy to take, just mix with some liquid. It does have a very strong taste and bitter after taste as with most of the herbal tinctures.
It does seem to work for me, but it is not a miracle cure or something. These type of remedies take time to actually work and show some improvement in the symptoms.
I like that it is organic, tested for heavy metals and made in USA.

I had bronchitis for one month and my MD doctor gave me this- within 5 minutes of the first dose I felt better! It helped me clear my lungs and when I saw my doctor on a follow-up and told her how fast and well it worked for me, she recommended taking it a full month longer to strengthen my lungs. A week later the California fires caused poor air quality alerts…and I am super grateful that I have this product.
The taste is very bitter and not sweetened like most over the counter meds. I mix a dropper in water as needed and drink fast as I can. I am truly amazed at how fast this worked for me because I spent lots of money and a month of lower productivity at work when the bronchitis knocked me down. Now I plan to keep this in my cabinet for current and future use.

I like that this product has seven different organic herbs in combination to help calm, support the nervous system and help mental clarity. The strong herbal taste is also accentuated by the high amount of alcohol in tinctures, so dilution in water is the solution. This herbal tincture is expensive as tincture’s are, but this manufacturer goes the extra step to verify plant ID’s and test for harmful heavy metals and microbes. All that makes this a quality non-GMO product and a good value to a wellness routine.
