It tastes awful but it does work , I’ve been able to keep my milk supply going because of this stuff , my baby girl won’t nurse so I’m trying to pump and at least give her breast milk in a bottle and because of her not nursing my supply was going down and this stuff is helping me keep it with out needing prescription. Down fall is it tastes so bad , I pretty much chase it with milk so the taste don’t stay in my mouth , milky mama has better stuff but they have been sold out for months , if they had the supplement I’d get it from them instead, taste way better but it cost more and you get less so that’s one good reason I like this stuff you get way more for about the same price.

A friend of mine recommended Milk Aplenty from Rumina Naturals when I told her I was having milk supply issues with my newborn. I purchased my first bottle directly from Rumina. I was happy to see this supplement was completely natural, ceritfied organic and NON-GMO. I take a few drops in the mornings and I started seeing a big difference in the milk flow. It is an amazing product because with a few drops of this supplement you get everything you need to increase your milk supply. It has also been such a time saver, because there are some tea options out there but I wasn’t willing to drink 10 plus cups of tea each day and all day long. who has time for that and also you don’t have to keep reminding yourself to make another cup of tea throughout the day. I feel like not only a few drops of this supplement is easy to use but also its good for you. I believe it is equivalent to drinking 20 cups of tea. After finishing my first bottle I was happy to see that I could now order it from Amazon. I ordered my second bottle from Amazon and it arrived in 2 days. Even though it says it will take up to two weeks to arrive, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the shipment in such a short time. I am glad to know that I can buy it here without worrying to run out.

Works pretty quickly! I hate taking pills and didn’t want to have to drink tons of tea to help w my production and once I found this I decided to give it a try. You just add a little bit of water to it to water out the taste (which isn’t the best) but it’s totally doable and worth it. Highly recommend. Went from pumping on avg 20 oz to 24 within a week.

First and foremost, this stuff tastes horrendous.
Second, it absolutely increased my suppply.
I tried the “liquid gold” and “cash cow” supplements before this one, they had no effect. They’re also more expensive in the long run.
This stuff lasts twice as long at least, as one of the liquid gold supplement bottles.
Baby was supplementing on average 12 oz of formula before I started rumina. I’m now at the tail end of my first bottle and we’ve gone a full 48 hours without an oz of formula.
Highly recommend. For the taste I mix with a shot of cranberry juice.

This has helped increase my milk supply – you do have to use very consistently for a few weeks to see results, but I’m super impressed (after struggling for 7 months to keep supply up)
The only downside is that the taste it is absolutely awful. My LC recommended to take it with a shot of orange juice after. It is VERY potent. You have to take 2 droppers full. Eventually I learned to put it together in an accucup instead of having to taste it twice. So I take a sip of orange juice, drink the tincture, then more orange juice.
Bottom line is I would never go through the taste of this twice a day if it didn’t actually work. Almost done my second bottle now.
Rumina does have an alcohol free version on their website (haven’t tried it) incase you really can’t do the strong taste of alcohol.

As I went back to work and was pumping for my baby I noticed a decrese in production and was sad because I wanted to produced enough for at least an entire year…when I stumbled upon rumina naturals Milk Aplenty I loved that the product was natural, organic, non-GMO and proven to help flow.
