I have a science background and am very skeptical of any and all unproven claims. But because of a year long bout of chronic urticaria (itching) all over my body I was desperate to try anything. Now this is not a miracle cure, but it did seem to reduce the itching significantly. I still need to take anti-histamines, but this seem to make the itching better.

I’ve ordered a few products from Windsor Botanicals and have found them all to be of good quality and this one is no different.
That said, I can’t say for sure if this product works. I’ve been trying different quercetin-based products to try and suppress histamine without drugs and I’ve had varying results. Windsor’s product I took at onset of symptoms and the symptoms did improve better. But some hours later some symptoms returned so either it’s short-acting or it’s not having a decisive effect on my issue. Overall my symptoms have improved since trying quercetin (in general), but there’s still symptoms at times so I can’t really be sure.
I’m less certain of the other ingredients’ effects. Nettles is an anti-inflammatory. Atermesia is a source of flavanoids thought to have immune modulation activity – however this traditional herb is also linked to liver damage, so be careful of what else you’re taking that also impacts the liver.
The instructions on the bottle say simply to take two a day. Some advice “online” say take it twice a day, because the half-life of quercetin is somewhere between 3.5 and 11 hours.

Noticed changes the first day. And really was relieved from the pressure build up and allergies i was having. Highly recommend trying. My nasal passage ways open up. Really wished I’d tried to resolve this earlier in life and not just live with it and bear it.
