My acupuncturist recommended these tea pills for night sweats. They work. After 2 weeks of use every day, my night sweats dissipated. It’s nice not waking up drenched in sweat and having to change your clothes. Not to mention all the extra laundry that it causes. Plus the sleep deprivation. If Amazon allows this product to be eligible for repeat delivery I would sign up immediately.

Very helpful in keeping hot flashes at bay. No side effects. No bad taste. Smell good (herbal). Company that makes these is GMP certified. My acupuncturist recommended Cool Bones. I take 6 of the teensy pills (known as teapills–but not to make a tea with) twice a day.

I’ve used this product for years and it works very well. Just very disappointed with the recent price increase! 🙁

Fast shipping this time!! Sometimes it takes a bit longer to ship but that’s ok! Great product and worth the wait.

These are the best for Hot Flashes! They are little bb looking pills. You take eight per day, and they work from the first time you use them. You don’t have to use them unless you need them. They are a real life saver!

Hi Ladies, It could help for hot flushes, I guess…, since most of the ingredients are for fever/colds, means they could lower your body heat/temperature. None of them helps to balance the hormones, that is a reason for hot flushes during the peri-menopause/menopause. Why to take these pills just to lower body temperature? It’s like suppressing issues instead of regulating them. I stopped taking Black Cohosh and Wild Yams (that were working great for me) and started on these tiny black pills (my acupuncturist recommended them, saying that Western herbs are too mild, and I better try authentic Chineese herbs). After just 2 days, I noticed that after workout, my sweat smells way different from my normal, strong and unpleasant, and hot flushes did’t go away. They become shorter but more often than before. I finally spent some time to read/translate ingredients, they were mostly the herbs for refusing body temperature during the colds/fevers. …. but….one of them was seriously weird to me and NOT an herb (this pills are presented as (Unsulfured preservative-free herbs). “Amyda sinensis shell-prep” is a soft shell turtle…decided not to post an image… aggghhhh….
