This is an easy way to add chaga to your diet. It tastes somewhat mild/earthy and can be added to water, coffee, or other beverages. Boom Chaga is a liquid extract, and as such it’s packaged in a (somewhat wasteful) single use packet. It isn’t as handy as you might think for taking on the go, because for me a scissors in needed to open it, despite notches on the packet. If I was traveling, chaga extract/concentrate in capsules would be lighter and more convenient. On the amazon listing as well as the packaging, there is no information given about the chaga – where it is harvested, how it is made into an extract, or the strength of the extract in terms of the beta glucans and other important components of chaga. This is disconcerting. On the website, I did find that the chaga is wild crafted in birch forests in the US and Canada, so it is called “organic,” but it is not certified in any way. The folks who create this product sound like very cool people with integrity, but this product is priced in line with top quality well known brands that are more transparent with information. That being said, the product seems like a clean and easy way to get chaga benefits, which I can feel.
Another Opinion –
While I have yet to see a real difference in my well-being after consuming Chaga, I do find this to be a relatively easy way to try it. I find it has an ever so slightly earthy taste, but nothing super offensive. It blends in with pretty much anything you want to put it in. For those that are interested in introducing this ingredient into their routine, this seems to be a fine way to do it.

It’s hard to find a liquid version of a healthy supplemental. Everything is either powder or pill. The healthy part of a plant is the liquid part, not when it’s dried as a powder or pill. I was expecting a strong taste. I can’t taste it when I add it to my coffee. The packets are perfect size, one a day. This is a great product and the story about how they harvest the part of chaga part of the birch tree and that it grows back is fascinating.

Convenient packets of chaga extract, can add to your herbal tea, or even coffee, water, anything. Love that it’s all measured out, won’t go bad, convenient to grab and go. Seems high quality.

This is extremely easy to use to get some extra vitamins and your morning coffee! I enjoy how they’re already liquid so you don’t have to worry about staring or anything clumping together. I tasted a little bit plain, and it seems to taste mild to flavorless to me. I would definitely recommend it if you’re looking for the extra nutritional value.
