I’ve used Shilajit from other companies and non compare to the quality and consistency of this one! With most you are told that you’ll experience an increase in memory, and your immune system will be working much more effectively. However, with those, unfortunately they’re all marketing gimmicks. But with this Shilajit, I truly experienced all of those benefits within 1 week of use. I would recommend this product without any reservations!!

I’ve only just discovered this product from it being offered on the Amazon Vine program. I researched the proposed health benefits of Shilajit resin, and decided to give this a try.
I took this product for a week straight at 500 mg a serving once a day, and did not notice anything new. I was curious if it was just the dosage, so I starting using 1 gram a day for a week straight, and I have noticed no difference in energy levels or well being of any sort.
Side note: the serving stick is mislabeled, and while the paperwork stated the higher dosage was higher on the dotted lines on the serving stick, on the stick itself, the smaller dosage was marked on the stick at the larger mark. While it is a minor oversight in design and production, it’s very important to take note of that if you decide to purchase this product.

Have been taking this product for a little over two weeks now and I am seeing and feeling the result. I feel energized and get through my afternoon tiredness slump without issues. I usually struggle with going to the gym after work, but I’ve had the energy to go and have a great workout. I feel better, look better and I’m excited to see how I look and feel in a few month. Highly Recommended!!!

Like many folks I’m very new to the shilajit game; I ordered this product because I was curious to see how it compares to other brands/formulas I’ve tried recently.
The scent/flavor of the Wellness Veritas Shilajit formulation is less intense than the other brands I’ve tried but OH MY GOODNESS it’s hard as a rock! Be careful chipping away at this stuff – not only could you hurt yourself or break the jar but I’ve had several little bits go flying and that’s just a straight up waste.
in my 50+ years, I have in fact consumed MANY things that are good for me (even though the taste is not to my liking) and lived to write this review. :o)
• The glass jar is dark and heavy and, given the incredibly hard state of this resin, it comes with a virtually useless wooden dosing stick. (I strongly prefer the metal utensil I received with another brand, it’s much easier to work with AND easier to clean – although still not much help with this particular brand).
• The taste/smell is what I consider standard for shilajit, earthy and with a strong “smoky” note. While this is never going replace Nutell@, which I can consume via spoonful by the gallon, it’s definitely grown on me.
• Although you CAN dissolve on/under your tongue I do recommend diluting it in water (or whatever food/beverage you prefer).
• I’ve given up worrying about the exact “dosage” and just dig out enough to fill the little scoop (or meet the printed dosage line). This particular jar is VERY dense/thick, which takes a bit more time to get all the “strands” wrapped around the utensil.
• Maybe it’s just the one I received but the resin is almost as SOLID as the glass jar it came in; given my understanding of the climate in the Himalayas I can’t believe anyone would try to collect this stuff if it’s this hard in cold temperatures! None of the other formulations I’ve tried has been this hard – some have been almost liquified.
• It’s as hard to get it off the utensil as it was to get on so I just put the whole thing in the bottom of my cup (another reason I prefer metal to wood) and pour about 2-4 oz of hot water on it.
• Let it sit and dissolve then give it a good stir.
• For what it’s worth, I actually rather like it – the taste has grown on me and I look forward to it each morning. Your mileage may vary, obviously!
Final conclusion: I’m intrigued by the high density of this shilajit and found the flavor quite palatable (for shilajit); it just seems more INTENSE than the other ones I’ve tried. The high price-point makes me a bit skeptical, though, so definitely do your research before you invest.
It’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you’re already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. At the same time, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. It’s been several weeks and I haven’t noticed a dramatic difference in the way I feel but if that changes as time goes by I’ll update my review accordingly.
