I have only had these for about a week, so I have only taken them a few times thus far. However, I usually take 1000mg of turmeric and curcumin a day. So, when I saw these, I was excited since they have other ingredients for inflammation all in one pill! They don’t really have an odor which is nice. And I haven’t had any adverse reactions. I usually take them with food. Makes my stomach a little upset if I don’t. I will update this when I have been taking these for at least 30 days. Hard to tell with vitamins if they are working until you have taken them that long. And when you stop taking them. Although I would say the turmeric seems to be working the same as the quinol brand I have.

I’ve been active all my life but in a way that has punished my hips, knees, and ankles especially. I was a cheerleader for 5 years, soccer for 12 years, cross country runner for 4 years, and track & field for 4 years, and now all I can do is hobble along on the elliptical at the gym. I’m a runner and a jumper at heart! I’ve never taken any of these particular supplements before, but as a 43 y/o mother of 3 and former athlete, my joints have been flaming mad about all the abuse I’ve given them over the years. I’ve been taking the joint juice for a few years, but recently it just hasn’t been as effective and my hips started hurting again.
The dosage on the bottle is 4 capsules per day, but I started with 1 capsule on day 1, 2 on day 2, and 3 on day 3, now I’m up to 4. I don’t know if it took a few days to kick in because I started with a lower than recommended dose or if it just takes a few days to get up to a therapeutic level, but I have definitely noticed improvement in the hip that’s been bothering me as of late. I’ve also noticed a few other benefits! On day 1, with 1 capsule, I noticed I had a few extra hours of energy. On day 2 with 2 capsules, I noticed the same energy level increase, but also with some added stamina in my ability to focus. I’ve been taking these supplements for a week and I’m very pleased with the results.

I am a Senior with Type 2 Diabetes and I have a history of Asthma attacks when I was younger. Besides the medications prescribed by my doctor, I took a bunch of supplements.
When I stumbled on this Multi Supplements, I noticed that this contains quite a few ingredients that I have no idea what they do. So, I googled and found out.
Some of the ingredients this contains are: –
Boswellia, it may reduce inflammation and may be useful in treating condition like asthma
Moringa, it contains various vitamins (A, B, C and other minerals).
Turmeric, it could keep blood sugar levels steady; it could be a useful tool to prevent or treat type 2 diabetes.
Ashwagandha, it is traditionally used as an adaptogen, it is used for many conditions related to stress. Adaptogens are believed to help the body resist physical and mental stress. Some of the conditions it is used for include insomnia, aging, anxiety and many others,
I am fully aware of that this kind of claims on Food Supplements probably do not have good scientific evidence to support most of these uses. But I am game, as long as they do not have bad effects.
I plan to work up to the dosage that is recommended on the bottle. Since I do not recognize most of these ingredients, I should not be over doing on this. I will report back after a while and see if there are any effects on me.

This product seems well made, with good ingredients, and no fillers except rice flour. I doesn’t say where it is made but it’s made in a GMP facility.
However, it says that it is VEGAN on the label, and it also says specifically that the capsule is bovine gelatin, so it obviously isn’t vegan, and not even vegetarian. This lack of consistency is a big deal for me. Having the vegan symbol on the label shows a lack of quality control for the label, makes me wonder if that extends to other things. I hope the company reads this . Luckily, the listing doesn’t say it’s vegan and the picture of the label shows that the capsule is bovine gelatin, so I didn’t take off a star.
It has a bit of almost every traditional herbal supplement I want to take. So it’s fine for me, but if you don’t want all of those and only want a few, it’s fairly pricey. If you just want tumeric and botswellia for example, you can get better amounts separately for less. However, this is for the single bottle, which I am reviewing. There is currently another offer on Amazon for two bottles that is much less expensive per day. That price I find very reasonable for what you get.
So I give it 4* for having a great selection of ingredients, better than expected, but because of the label error and the price of a single bottle, I just couldn’t see giving it 5*, which I see as “ much better than expected”.

For quite some time now I have been taking Moringa and Ginger for pain aid for my joints. It had been suggested to me that I try adding Turmeric Curcumin to that mix. I have been taking another brand with the exact same mix. When I saw when I saw that this was the same as I have been using with great success, I had to give it a try.
So far I am quite pleased with the results. While they called for 4 capsules, I tried staying with the 2 capsules that have been working for me and then dropped it down to one just to see how well it worked. WIth one, like I felt with the other brand, I did feel some discomfort but nothing like going without. I went back to 2 and that discomfort became much lower.
So, with these results I am very sure that this mix is doing its intended job. As I always say with products of this nature, I do want to stress that these are my personal results and yours may be quite different. I am, by no means, medically trained and just prefer to stay away from prescription drugs. This sure makes it much easier. All of what I want in one capsule.
So, is it as good as taking the real items that are fresh and not in a capsule? Probably not, but this is one way to assure that I will be taking them while the non capsule form may be often skipped.
