These gummies are definitely lemon flavored which the color and design made me think oranges until I got them in my mouth. They’re still delicious and mouthwatering with the lemon which I like just fine it was a bit of a hidden surprise and worth a mention.
The texture is perfect since they aren’t sticky and left no residue on my fingers or little pieces between my teeth. They’re soft and chewy and for me an easy way to remember to take my turmeric since I look forward to my daily dose with these which isn’t the case with capsule turmeric.
I recommend these for anyone that supplements turmeric or would like to but has trouble with capsule supplements. Aside from the orange color/lemon flavor trickery the gummies get 4 stars above average from me. Thank you for your time with my experience, I hope it’s helpful.

I’ve been taking different turmeric supplements over the past couple of months while I’ve been recovering from a broken bone. This one is a winner in effectiveness, ease of use, and flavor. Turmeric is an effective and safe natural anti-inflammatory, without any of the side effects certain OTC anti-inflammatory drugs can have. These gummies from nutricost are formulated well to make the most of the curcuminoids (bioactive compounds found in turmeric and ginger) and include an extract of black pepper to boost the bioavailability of these compounds and make them more effective. They’re very effective in keeping pain and inflammation under control, and have been so helpful to me in working through physical therapy without too much pain or swelling. They’re easy to take and actually taste good – the flavor is lemon and ginger, it’s not too spicy and doesn’t taste medicinal at all. The texture of the gummies is also nice, they’re not sticky and (unlike other gummy vitamins I’ve bought) don’t melt or stick together in the jar, even in hot tropical weather. I’d recommend these turmeric gummies for pain management or general wellness – curcuminoids are proven to balance inflammation in the body along with boosting blood flow, cardiovascular function, gastrointestinal health, memory and emotional wellbeing. Turmeric is easily one of my favorite medicinal plants!

I’ve have tried and continue to take some supplements from Nutricost and find them to be of good quality and value, but I have never tried their gummies. I have tried turmeric before and wasn’t overly fond of the flavor that those supplements come in, so when I saw these gummies and with a lemon flavor, I wanted to give them a try.
The gummies look a bit like orange slices and could be fruit snacks for all one knows without looking at the bottle. The gummies come in a relatively standard plastic bottle that is clear, so I would recommend keeping them in a dark place so as not to be affected by sunlight. Being that these are turmeric gummies, they tend to leave a bit of a yellow/orange stain on things they touch, but so far, I have found that I have been able to clean it off with reasonably minor effort. They are lemon flavored, but since turmeric is orange in color, the gummies look more like orange slices (I know Nutricost was going for the look of a lemon slice, but the color of turmeric is hard to cover up). I would say that the flavor is nice and not overpowering.
If you are looking for a turmeric gummy, I would recommend this one as it is a good brand, the price is perfectly reasonable, and the flavor is nice. I can’t find much to fault in these, but I can’t say I’m surprised given my experience with Nutricost.

These are really good turmeric gummies, I like the lemon flavor, the lemon flavor does great to mask any turmeric taste, and I like the lemon slice design of the gummies, they are easy to chew, swallow and digest, this is a great and easy way to take turmeric, ginger and black pepper daily, plus this jar includes a 60-day supply!.
The daily serving size is 2 gummies, which provides turmeric extract (100 mg, equivalent to 2,000 mg of turmeric), Ginger root extract (2 mg), black pepper extract (200 mcg equivalent to 2,000 mcg of black pepper), they also contain sugar (4g), these gummies are third party tested, gluten-free, no preservatives, and have no corn syrup.
Overall I recommend, great quality ingredients, turmeric, ginger and black pepper is known to have beneficial health benefits if taken daily.
