This comes in a small bottle that is about 80% full. Suggested use says to take 15-20 drops (which is about 1/2 dropper full, there are no markings on the dropper), 2-3 times per day. At 24 “servings per container” this bottle will last 8-12 days. I imagine they did this to keep the high price a little lower, but I like my supplements in 30-day chunks; they could at least fill the bottle and made this last up to 15 days.
The expiration date on my bottle is Jan 2028, so about 3.75 years from now.
There is a faint scent to the liquid that is not unpleasant. The taste is somewhat sweet, from the glycerin, and for some reason it has what I equate with a medicine-y aftertaste, like I remember cough syrups were like when I was young, before they tried to make it taste like candy so kids would drink it.
I like that the bottle says organic, non-GMO, and manufactured in the USA. I would also like it to say GMP-certified and 3rd-party tested.
I seem to take longer than most to see results when starting a new supplement, I suggest reading the product page and checking out the company website. I am impressed with the company and glad that they are real! I’ve dealt with so many lately that are not. Their products appear to be high quality as well. I don’t know why the price is so high for such a small amount having a verifiable company and product is important.

I like how effective this product has been for me and how it helped me with my digestive issues. I like to mix this with juice even though I have taken it sublingually and it taste absolutely great. I do like stronger more pungent flavors and this has that but it still palatable. You get an excellent value for your money and the product is very easy to take.

It’s not always possible to know how well a supplement is working, especially when taken with others. I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn’t there.

PROS:
The product I received indicates it is 100% organic, the label in the ad does not indicate this.

CONS:
$37 for 24 servings is $1.54 PER SERVING. This is extremely high, especially given the next points:
Label in ad states item includes pomegranate, pumpkin, wheatgrass and bioperine in addition to papaya in a blend. WHILE THE UPC CODE IS THE SAME : 8-10128-35211-8, indicating it IS the same product, my label indicates no blend and no ingredients other than papaya leaf extract. This means there is a HUGE mistake on the label.
This is a HUGE discrepancy. When a company makes mistakes on a label, I wonder what errors they’re making in the production of the product.

Be sure that you’re aware of what 1 oz of liquid supplement equates to when considering this to avoid any disappointment from expectations. The tincture itself has a slight bitter flavor to it, if you were to take it straight on the tongue. The flavor isn’t bad but just has a little bitter bite to it. Only ingredients are papaya leaf extract, with organic vegetable glycerin and purified water. Instructions suggest to add about 15-20 drops (approx 1ml) to water, juice, smoothie, etc., 2-3 times per day. I would say to just add a few ml to one drink and do it all once. I started taking this as my grandmother had some blood issues with her RBC count and my dad has been having declined RBC counts as well (he is in his 60s). So I’m just trying to stay ahead of the curve in case there may be any genetic issues coming down the road for me. Boosting immunity and keeping healthy are extremely important to me and while this product is not cheap by any means, I consider it a well worthwhile investment into myself.
