A doctor friend suggested these to me and I have to agree, they work almost instantly. I use them if I feel too full or not right in my tummy. You empty the entire vial into your mouth and swallow them with water. Their taste is “grassy” but not bad. Gas, bloating, diarrhea, upset stomach, acid reflux, and on and on. I have serious terrible heartburn. I am prescribed – and take – the maximum amount of Esomeprezole/day and it’s still not enough. I have a lot of esophageal damage from radiation treatments and sometimes the acid reflux gets so bad it makes me throw up. When it’s gotten that bad in the past, _nothing_ works.
