I started taking this product after having had 4 sinus infections within a 4-month period. My doc recommended finding am immune booster and I started with this one. The last time I was ill was April 2019. So it really works!! The pills are a little bit big (especially if you have a hard time swallowing pills in general) but I can manage. They don’t taste too bad and remind me of my B vitamin supplement. The ONLY complaint I have is that this product is too good because it’s been out of stock for the last couple of months due to the virus. I contacted the company and they responded within a day or two letting me know that they had it in stock again and vendors should be getting some soon. No one seems to have it yet, but I am eagerly waiting! I definitely recommend this product and was not paid for this review.
