These have been great. I started taking them in the mornings because I was feeling so sluggish and didn’t want to get out of bed. Well since I started taking them, I wake up feeling great and feel motivated. My sleep schedule was horrible. I was going to bed at 1am and not wanting to get up until noon. I overall just feel good.

I know it is difficult to assess the viability of a product such as a vitamin or additive, but I have been using lions mane for several months now. This is the first time I bought it in gummy‘s. I actually noticed a very discernible difference. My online Spanish classes are going very well because my recall is so much better. I also answer the questions on Jeopardy much quicker than I used to. The only thing I can think of is that it has to be the gummies.
