These soft gel capsules are on the larger side but still easy to swallow with no noticeable smell, aftertaste, or digestive disturbance. Very reasonably priced supplement since you only need to take 1 capsule/day and receive a 1-month supply for just $11.99.
I also love it that there are no “extra” vitamins along for the ride; too many products include other vitamins/minerals which can cause some real math headaches as I read through all my labels trying to determine if I’m getting too much of something (I’m looking at you, calcium and magnesium!). There are no unpronounceable chemicals or “fillers,” either, which is a really great selling point!
Last but not least, it’s hard to speak to the effectiveness because if it’s something you’re already taking it’s hard to notice a difference in the way you look and/or feel. However, if it’s new to you/your system, it usually takes a while for any real benefits to show up. I’ve been taking turmeric at this dosage for several years and haven’t noticed a difference in the way I feel with these; if that changes over time I’ll update my review accordingly.

For such a modest dose, it seems like these could have been more than a little smaller. Seems to be effective as turmeric though, I’ve found that it seems to help some inflammation.

The capsule is a little large, but I have been able to swallow it with no problem. 180 pills will last six months, and I love that. There are not a lot of extra additives or preservatives. Turmeric has been helpful for my joint pain relief.

These softgels are bright orange and fairly large though I’ve taken fish oil that’s much larger. The ingredients are great and though they are large I find them fairly easy to swallow. There’s a good amount for the price and I would definitely order again when I’ve run out.

Order this to try out. It’s nice that it is gluten free. The gelcaps are quite large though still easy to swallow. There is no smell or after taste. It’s only been a few weeks and I’ve not noticed any change yet but I do understand it takes a few months with supplements. So for effectiveness, pain relief, energy etc, I cannot answer that yet. Price is competitive.

When you open the bottle on these turmeric supplements and see the capsules, you will immediately notice how they look very rich with that beautiful orange turmeric color. The capsules are also fairly large so you definitely only need one versus others I’ve had in the past you had to take two capsules.
And the fact that they also have Curcuminoids & BioPerine Black Pepper, definitely seems to be helping with my joints as well.
They go down so smoothly that you don’t really even notice any taste.

These turmeric curcumin softgels are larger than I expected, but I have had no problems swallowing them with water. They have added BioPerine black pepper, which helps with absorption. They are made in the USA, so great for anyone wanting to support American companies. The dose is one per day, so the bottle of 30 is a full month supply.
I take curcumin for joint pain. When my usual brand ran out, I switched to these. I have had no problems with them, and my joint pain has not returned so far, after about two weeks. If I finish the bottle and it has still not returned, I will buy more of these. At $11.99 for this bottle of 30, they are much less expensive than the brand I was previously using.

I’ve been pretty happy with these, I like that they are American made, so I don’t have to worry about unlisted ingredients being slipped in. They are also cGMP certified, so that is another reassuring factor.
They are what I would consider rather large gel caps, but being gel they are easier to take than a hard pill this size. If you are used to large pills (like other vitamins) you shouldn’t have a problem taking them, but If you are someone who has problems with larger sized pills, you will not like these.
From my limited knowledge on taking Turmeric, these have the proper combination of ingredients to get the most out of them. I haven’t tried other turmeric, so I don’t have a comparison as far as how effective they are.
