I really like this Mushroom Supplement Blend! It mixes easily in my morning cup of coffee and tastes great. This mushroom blend definetly helps with focus and clarity without adding extra caffiene. It blends easily into a cup of hot coffee, though I have not tried mixing in in plain water or cold water, it might be more difficult to dissolve in cold water. This blend has a great flavor and contains 8 mushrooms and 3 herbals for a very nice supplement!

I’ve been using mushroom extracts for a few years at this point, even going so far as to buy extracts at wholesale in the past. When I created my own ideal blend of extracts it was essentially the same combination of mushrooms, minus the herbals which are added to this (all great additions if you ask me).
The one thing I was wary about when first trying this product is that typically I have my mushroom extracts in capsules because the extracts are very potent and bitter tasting. The ingredients on this list a “bitter blocker” which had me intrigued, so I decided to try some of it plain in water. I won’t say that the taste is great by itself, but it’s much more tolerable than what I am used to; seems this bitter blocker works!
Where I think this powder really shines though is if you make something like “mushroom coffee” by mixing some of this powder in with brewed coffee. I find that I need less caffeine when I do this because the mushrooms provide their own focus and clarity that works well with the caffeine. You can buy pre-mixed mushroom coffee powder all over Amazon, but this powder presents a much cheaper option to easily get the same results (I might even say better because I think this is a very well put together blend)!
Overall, I’d definitely recommend this to the mushroom lovers out there or those who want to experiment with these extracts and see if they get benefit.

So seems to be helping be careful though I thought my bottle was bigger so I used one extra scoop and it can make you sleepy which if it was right before bed would be great but I mixed with my morning shake and I got alittle sleepy so I learned and so far so good

I’m really loving this mushroom powder complex. I feel more energy throughout the day when I’m on it. It does have an earthy taste that can put people off. Overall, I like it.

This mushroom and herbal adaptogen powder has a wide variety of elements for lots of health benefits! The elements are organic and are good for things such as immunity and energy. The powder does have a slight taste but it is hard to explain. I drank it mixed with just water as well as in my flavored protein shake. It seems like a great combo of ingredients!

If you are looking for that mental boost, THIS will definitely help! I have taken this a few times and realized that I have been zoned in on my computer screen for a couple of hours. It’s kind of crazy to me since I cannot sit still to save my life.

The taste is soooo earthy. You will need to put it in your coffee or smoothie to get rid of it.
Where are the ingredients sourced from???? Like it mentions “bottled in the USA” but how about the ingredients for the products. It makes me skeptical of what I am putting in my body.
This product works, but what am I actually putting in my body??
