I got this supplement for my husband who drink too often. He wants to be healthy but doesn’t correlate actions and consequences in this department.
G-Out supports dealing with acid and it seems to be helping him. I can’t say for sure, obviously. This product is good for aiding cleansing for a period of time, not continually day after day, after day, after day ….
Eating better, for you, with a month supplementing G-OUT seems a good regiment to get into. Keep eating smarter. That’s the struggle. G-OUT every so often but not all the time.
The product came in a box and the bottle had a pull off seal. Recommended is 1 capsule a day, no not just one. One capsule TWICE a day. This is a one-month supply.

However, it takes time to see and measure the full results and benefits of any food supplements, including this one. For this reason, my rating is based on several factors. On immediacy, the supplement may have reaction on me or not, depending on my body’s immunity level and response, which is different to other users. The overall product packaging that contains vital information about the ingredients, processing the content, and quality, or whether the supplement is easy to swallow, the flavor, and value for money are also part of my assessment. My recommendation here should not be taken as a third-party lab test result or medical advice, rather, as an observation of a non-medical user. Prolonged use may cause immunity or increase toxicity level. As such, I’ll leave to the user the discretion to continue using this supplement.

Was unaware of the fact that those on blood pressure and/or diabetes medications have a risk of increased uric acid levels in the bloodstream. High uric acid levels upset the body’s pH. Luckily, Bell’s G-Out nootropic uses natural herbal extracts that help to increase alkalinity, and thus reduce uric acid levels. The potency of this formulation (which includes black cherry extract as one of the active ingredients), is an excellent, non-invasive way to maintain healthy pH balance. Definitely part of my daily regimen.

Start getting that Gout Feeling later in the day – Took 2 tablets before bed and 2 tablets in the morning with couple cups of coffee and the swelling went away – It was a good counter attack to my gout – which was most likely caused by my Favorite Easter Ham in abundance !!
