Now, this product has a little of everything herbal you’d possibly want in a brain support supplement. And in “good amounts”. But what I get concerned about is these extraction ratios many supplements are using to justify the “equivalent milligrams” of these herbs. I’m not saying it isn’t correct, just saying it’s rather new, and I’d like to see more supporting evidence….
Still, I’m taking this, AND I’m glad for it. Stuff like this takes months to show effects, so I’m really glad they provide a huge bottle. Give it a chance.

My husband has been taking these consistently for two weeks now and he noticed after one week in that his memory and focus felt much sharper. Comparable to how coffee wakes you up; taking this vitamin helps with his ability to focus in on his tasks and general mental acuity.
He also says these are very easy to take. It’s nice you only have to take one capsule for a daily serving as opposed to two pills or several pills through out the day. He says he hasn’t felt any abnormal reactions to taking these supplements. It’s also nice this one bottle includes a 3 month supply. The ingredients used in this supplement are pretty reliable and good.
Overall my husband is very happy with these supplements and the positive effects he experiences as a result of taking this vitamin consistently. We will definitely be repurchasing and would highly recommend these to any one who is looking to improve their mental acuity and focus.

All of the ingredients in this are more on the alertness/upper end of things except the ashwaghanda which is typically a relaxation substance. I was feeling a little skeptical because many supplements claim to have brain or energy boosting properties but it is more of a placebo effect. This one at least for me has helped me stay alert and focused a little longer than before I began taking it. I am much more productive on less sleep and don’t have the anxiety or hurry feeling I might usually get when I am busy. This doesn’t keep me up or give any kind of rush , I just feel healthy.
The pills are easy to take, don’t have a strange after taste and only need to be taken once a day. Overall I am happy and will continue to buy these supplements. They are a bit expensive , but I noticed them start to work within a week so giving it a try to see if it works for you isn’t a big investment.

I was watching a very well-known cancer doctor on TV. She said if you are going to spend $ on some of these brain supplements, make sure the supplements have the four ingredients on the label of this product. She Did Not mention this or any product by name.
When I did my Amazon homework, this was the only product that I found having all four ingredients at a decent price. I’m not an Albert Einstein – Yet, but here is always time 🙂 (I chose not to mention the names of the ingredients as it is too much typing; however, they are very visible on the front of the label!)

I mainly wanted to try this product to improve memory, however the main benefit so far for me is the anti-inflammatory properties that some of the herbs contain. I have noticed a reduction in the amount of pain that I have in my lower back and hips since I have been using it. My energy level is slightly better. I have not noticed any significant improvement in memory so far but I am going to continue to use it and will update if I do notice a change. I did some research on the herbs and most seem to be harmless as far as interactions. I did see that St. John’s Wort can cause some interactions with antidepressants and other medications. Some reviews also indicated that Gotu Kola is safe for up to 12 months when taken by mouth. It can also have side effects of nausea and stomach pain. I have not experienced any of these. If you were to purchase all of these herbs separately you would pay a lot more for them so I think this is a great value. I plan to continue using the product and see if I experience more benefits.

A MUCH BETTER PRODUCT FOR MEMORY AND FOCUS
All you have to do is compare this to other similar products to see that this is much better.
So many supplements like this are Ashwagandha only, or with one other thing. Or they say it’s an extract, but not what ratio the extract is.
Or it has a few ingredients that are not good extracts and you have to take FOUR a day, so they cost the same or more, and the bottle only lasts 30 DAYS!
To get this many, non-GMO, Vegan, Lab Tested, Certified… capsules for this price with this potency lasting 5 months is phenomenal!!

I’ve been taking Ashwagandha since October 2021, mostly for memory improvement, and it works. Before that I took True Focus by NOW Supplements. It worked REALLY well for that, but is specifically for Memory…
Ashwagandha and the other similar Herbs and Roots in this bottle are making me feel better and younger in many ways. I think I look better and younger. I’m starting to get more done, and actually stay more calm and in a better mood.
