I haven’t seen a difference, but the taste the first few doses wasn’t too bad. After that they lost flavor and just taste like wax. Maybe if they tasted better I would use them longer to see if my hair was falling out less.

I ordered these Saw Palmetto with biotin Lemon/ orange flavored gummies to help my overall health as a woman . I know this isn’t supposed to be taken long term wise , so I have been taking it off and on since I got it .
They kinda taste like medication but with sugar added( theses are sugar free ) : they do have a light after taste to them . They also have” healthy smell “ to them . Not something that smells wonderful or horrible . I have been keeping them in the fridge since most gummy vitamins say keep in a cold dry place . They do taste better cold so that it a plus .

Since I have been taking this I have been having more energy, feeling overall better health wise and my hair seems to look and feel better than it used to .
This is the first saw palmetto product I have taken in gummy form and so far I am happy with the product. One of the best things about saw palmetto is that is helps keep the urinary track healthy balance that in itself makes it worth taking , especially as a women.

I was looking for something that could help me with my hair loss. Saw Palmetto is a great supplement for hair loss and also for the prostate in men. I think it is important to note that if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, you should not be taking this. There can also be adverse affects from taking too much. This includes dizziness, headache, diarrhea and diziness. So don’t take more than the recommended amount. I have also read that you should not take this for more than 3 years. Bottom line, do your research and speak to your doctor before taking this supplement.
