This is my first time using a Maca Ashwagandha supplement, but I was interested in trying it for help dealing with stress and anxiety. I’m hoping that if it *can* it will also result in my blood pressure evening out. Since I haven’t experienced any side effects from taking this, I’d prefer to go this route, if it works for me, versus taking synthetic meds (which I’ve already tried) with intolerable side effects. As with any supplement, work with your doctor to decide what’s right for you, especially if you have underlying health conditions or are already taking prescription medications to make sure their effects aren’t either amplified or reduced by supplements you’re taking.
The tincture is of exceptional quality and doesn’t use alcohol, which I personally prefer. The glycerin gives it a slightly sweet taste and it’s easy to get it down. If you don’t like the flavor, you can mix it into juice, a smoothie, or a tea. While the tincture is high quality, I do wish that the dropper in the bottle had a dosage line, because “one bulb squeeze” may vary from user to user. I use a tincture from another brand, and the dropper has lines on it to make dosing more straightforward. I’d like to see this company do something similar. That’s my only *minor* complaint.
The product is made in the US and is third-party lab tested which is an absolute must when buying these types of products since the FDA doesn’t regulate them and quality and efficacy across different brands have been shown to be disappointing and even outright misleading, so I was happy to see that Wild & Organic backs up their product with independent testing and is GMO and preservative-free. I’ve purchased several different tinctures from this brand and all have been the same high quality, so I will continue to purchase them.

I got this to help with my high cortisol levels. I am new to taking ashwaghanda and I had to read up on the recommended dosages (more like “known dosages to be relatively safe is about 300mg/day). I haven’t been taking it long enough to speak to whether it actually helped with my cortisol levels, but it hasn’t hurt. This supplement dissolves easily into water and doesn’t have an offensive taste.

Taste is strong but I just wash it down with water. I feel better when I take this. It puts me in a better mood. I love that I can take it up to 3 times daily. If I start to feel stressed or grumpy I’ll take this and within minutes I can feel a difference in my mood.

This company Wild and Organic is the new champion of price in Amazon. I don’t like the Ashwagandha and Maca Root, so i don’t plan to buy it again. However, THIS COMPANY DESERVE A 5 STARS!
4oz Liquid Extract price $17.99 to $19.99 (Fair Price). Lowest price $14.00 for 4oz bottle Black Friday, so keep your eye open.
Keep in mind even thought it’s a 4oz extract bottle, for someone like me it’s probably gone less than a Month. The company Wild and Organic did state it last 2 months if you follow the direction on the bottle.
I look forward to try out many of their herb extract.

The first 2 weeks of using this product I felt very sleepy after using it. I also felt an increase in energy. Currently I don’t feel sleepy after using it just an increase in energy. The product is tasteless in virtually everything I’ve used to take it (smoothie, juice) and the bottle is also a good value for your money. Will definitely recommend

Pretty good, it’s ok…. I like that this ashwagandha has maca in it…. If there was something I could change though it would be the dropper needing to be completely full and the dosage amount…. I find myself not using it very often when I have to add it to water.
I think I like the one from Mary Ruth’s organics better, even though that one doesn’t have the maca in it. I will probably go back to using that because the taste of that one is amazing (tastes like honey) and you don’t even need water. You can drop it into your mouth.
