I am very happy with these capsules! Each capsule contains Rhodiola, L-Theanine, and Ashwagandha. I was taking these 3 herbs/drugs separately, so seeing that they are all paired together in one capsule was great! It’s also less expensive to have them in one capsule rather than paying for each one separately.
I’ve been taking these meds to lower my cortisol levels, reduce my stress, and to balance my mood. I have seen a difference since taking these, and research has shown that these 3 herbs/drugs do help with those symptoms.
The capsules are easy to swallow and seem to be very effective for me! I haven’t had any negative side effects since taking this. It also makes me feel more comfortable knowing these are made in the USA. I am very pleased with these capsules!

I noticed the positive effect the first time I took one of these caps. The caps are a bit large but still fairly easy to swallow. I like this product.

I compared the serving information in this to the (MUCH more expensive) name brand adaptogens I regularly take, and they had the same amount of active ingredients. After trying this out for few weeks, I’m really impressed and think it’s a really great value for the price!
Quick note for anyone new to these kinds of adaptogens: From my experience, the results ARE typically pretty subtle at first. You’ll notice the effects most when you’re on it for a few weeks then stop… That’s when you’ll really see the contrast in how it makes you feel. For me personally, this blend gives a general overall feeling of peace & well-being. I just feel more grounded and more myself. I wouldn’t personally buy these for more “energy” (which is part of how these are being marketed) – but rather for mood enhancement. Though I could definitely see a correlation between mood and increased motivation/energy. At least for myself, it makes me more productive, calm and focused.

These are all hard to determine without a month or more honestly. My psycho sematic could be part of it. And ask your friend if you appear to be calmer, and other benifits of it, because you may not know.

I’m giving this company 4 stars because I like their blends, doses and their claims as to what their company stands for. > I recently tried several of their blends without side effects, yet I haven’t taken them long enough to share with you whether or not these supplements have provided improvement.
Down the road, after taking the blends I ordered, I may come back to update my review.

Not all supplement manufacturer’s facilities are GMP Certified. It’s a big deal to pass so, any company certified would proudly display this badge & provide certification.

You can contact them via email for additional information you may be looking for. Their bottle labels also provide a phone number. A quality company will provide certifications, 3rd party lab results, ingredient sources & answer any other questions or concerns etc.
+ MADE IN USA – I like that they include “from globally sourced ingredients”. Manufactured in, Made in, Distributed by, Sourced from, etc. all have very different meanings.
+ Cruelty-Free Practices – This is great! I’m assuming this applies to their globally sourced ingredients also.
+ I like that each individual product they sell, the badges/seals change accordingly. ie: one product blend I received has an ISO stamp on it. It also has a “lab tested” seal on it but does not state third party tested like some of their other products I have. ~ I appreciate the transparency.
– I noticed this company has a seal/badge “With Natural Ingredients”.
“WITH” vs “100% Natural Ingredients” label guidelines will tell you whether or not it’s all natural.
I am not opposed to a few manmade ie: crucial vitamins added to the natural herbal blend, but it’s always good to know.
Overall, I’m happy with this brand’s claims & transparency. I’ll continue to look for their blends that fit my specific needs.

These capsules are kind of big, but not hard to swallow, and they do not seem to upset my stomach. I took them for a week then for some reason forgot. I wasn’t so sure this was working until I skipped those few days. I have anxiety, and was on the verge of a full blown panic attack when I remembered to take this. Within an hour, I had a greater sense of wellbeing and calmness. I truly feel like this product helps me.

I tried the Rhodiola Rosea Supplement with Ashwagandha and L-Theanine, and while it has some positives, I found it to be somewhat average. The blend of ingredients is good for stress relief and mood support, but I didn’t notice a significant boost in energy or overall improvement in stress levels compared to other supplements I’ve tried.
The 2500mg dose and 2-month supply are decent, and the capsules are easy to take. However, the effects weren’t as pronounced as I had hoped. The product claims to be for both men and women, which is great for versatility, but it didn’t quite stand out in terms of effectiveness for me.
Overall, it’s a decent supplement, but if you’re looking for more noticeable results, you might want to consider other options.
