I decided to try these after my usual mushroom complex went up in price. I can’t tell you if they help as far as focus and the other benefits because I just couldn’t stomach these for long. While they do have a high mg of each mushroom which I appreciate, the smell and taste is bad.
I took about 1/4-1/2 the bottle, with great difficulty. The taste is very strong of mushrooms. I was at the point of nausea each time I took them and it only seemed to get worse. You may think duh it’s mushroom complex it’s going to taste like mushrooms…
Well my other one didn’t. So I went back to my old supplement.
If you don’t mind the taste I say go for it, I just couldn’t bare it.
Update: I was pleasantly surprised to receive a message from the company offering me a full refund. I respect companies that take the time to read customer feedback and try to make things right. I will most likely look at other products they offer in the future due to this.

Omg! I bought this for my husband since he truly enjoys the benefits of mushrooms. We have 2 under 2 and it is so hard to just have energy for ourselves once our kids go down for the night.
The day this item came my husband said he was feeling under the weather. He took the vitamins and by 8pm that night he felt better and even went to the gym. That is not like him at all.
He came back home and asked me what was in the mushroom vitamins and once looking over it we realized it was cordyceps that got him right among the other ingredients.
It’s going on a month now and I have not heard my husband complain about being tired any more.. which is easy to do with our 2 under 2.
This has caused him to be more focus, clear headed and even improved his overall health. There is no crash affect once the Vitiamin ware off because the ingredients are holistic. This is one thing I would recommend to friends and family because My husband love these and we definitely plan to buy it again!

When i opened the bottom it had a good aroma/scent. The different mushrooms blended in the pills contain alot of health benefits. I tried them on a full & empty stomach although it states to take minutes before a meal, it never upset my stomach or gave me headaches. I would like to say they work for me as for as improving my daily energy. I also have a short term memory but the pill definitely helps my memory a little, i can see the difference. I would say i recommend purchasing since i have yet to have an issue taking the pills.

Been wanting to try mushroom supplement this was an easy affordable one to try. I have high BP so taking things I examine for caffeine natural caffeine etc bc that’s not good for me and wanted pure mushroom effects. Well I only have taken 1 pill a day. After reading reviews that were positive except trying to sleep glad I’m taking 1 a day. I feel great! Only taking 1 I’m more alert naturally I’m calm not anxious and have noticed I can focus on whatever it is I’m thinking about. I already see the positive effects the only issue is going to sleep. I take melatonin, I take CBD and Benadryl to turn my brain off this 1 pill I’m naturally awake and started taking it earlier in the morning now and that has helped when I go to bed at night. I’ve had no side effects that normally come
With new vitamins only good ones. I’m not taking 2 anytime soon and gonna ride 1 pill a day for a while. I’m encored about what I’m realizing and feeling so far and the fact I’m calmer and think clearer. As a comedian, writer and actor I see great things and my shows have already become better I can focus on delivery better think clearer on stage .
