These valerian drops are sweet and good tasting. They are easy to measure with the eye dropper and to mix with water. I just started using this supplement so I cannot comment on its effectiveness yet but so far so good, I have nothing negative to report and I am pleased with the quality and the taste of these drops.

Prefer liquid supplements as they absorb well. Like valerian for a variety of reasons from my using with headaches or to prevent them to sleep and gut. For me, seems a real benefit. Easy to get down as taste is fine and reasonable amount needed for a dose.
Good to have this product on hand. Can use daily.

These Valerian Root Extract Drops taste very sweet if taken directly but the directions say to add to water or juice. Serving size is 1ml full dropper containing 66.7mg Certified Organic Valerian Root Extract, 2-4 times a day, so the bottle would last just a week. I think these drops do help me to a calm sleep, but I only take them before bed when needed. There are a few seals printed on the label for ISO, GMP, HACCP, etc but nothing about where manufactured or if 3rd party tested.

Okay, so this is valerian root. It’s NOT going to taste or smell great, BUT I have found that putting the tincture in some strong bedtime type tea does help mask the taste. And it works fast! The dosing is easy to understand and you can go up or down depending on your needs and response. Great value since a little goes a long way.

We use more than a couple supplements. It’s not always possible to know how well each is working individually when taken with others. Over the years I have learned to use the label and the ad to judge the quality of a supplement. I use not only what IS there, but also what isn’t there.

CONS:
$23 for 30 servings is 77¢ per serving.
While there is NO information on the product stating where it is made, the only information I see that even comes close is in the Product details in the ad. It states country of origin: USA. The definition for Country of origin (CO) is: represents the country or countries of manufacture, production, design, or brand origin where an article or product comes from. So, the item could be designed in or the brand name from USA, while production takes place outside the USA. This is why I trust only the ‘Made in (country name)’, and want to see it ON the product. In this case, It does NOT state Made in USA on the label.
With the ‘alphabet soup’ name of Muu Koo, I believe the product is made and branded in China. I don’t mind where it’s made, I just want to know. Different countries have different labeling and supplement laws. I appreciate transparency.
