I don’t think there is anything wrong with these that I can tell. Do your own research on the company if you wish though.
For me, perhaps I don’t have enough inflammatory issues or I simply haven’t taken them consistently enough to notice a difference. Not a big deal, no change for me doesn’t mean you will have the same experience.
I’m giving 5 stars simply because it’s a simple blend with clearly listed ingredients (with amounts listed); I.e. not some proprietary, magical/mysterious blend. That’s always the preference in my book. The packaging was fine. The lid was sealed. The pills are easy to swallow. I don’t see anything wrong with them. I just didn’t notice any change and that’s okay. I find that happens a lot of times with me, particularly as it pertains to supplements. If you take something similar and benefit from it, I see no reason why this would be any different.

I’ve been incorporating turmeric into my routine for a while now, so finding a dependable supplement is crucial. After trying out FitVitality’s Turmeric Curcumin capsules, here’s my take:
First off, I appreciate the straightforward approach with clearly listed ingredients and amounts. No mysterious blends here, just what you need to know. Plus, the packaging was intact and the pills are easy to swallow, which is always a win in my book.
One thing that stands out is the transparency about manufacturing standards. FitVitality claims to adhere to Good Manufacturing Practices and undergo third-party lab testing for purity. While transparency could be improved, knowing that they’re held to these standards is reassuring.
In terms of quality, the capsules seem to deliver what they promise. The powder inside tastes like a mix of turmeric, ginger, and pepper, as it should. And with black pepper extract included for absorption, it’s a thoughtful formulation.
Now, onto results. While I didn’t notice any drastic changes, I also didn’t experience any adverse effects. It seems to compare well to other supplements I’ve tried, though I can’t say I noticed a significant difference in “extra strength.”

Short Version: Supplements in the US aren’t nearly as regulated as medications, so to me it’s really important that products are manufactured with accountability, transparency, and quality. FitVitality claims this product was made in a certified facility, and information on the bottle provides a degree of transparency which supports their claim.
Accountability: FitVitality claims that this supplement is Good Manufacturing Practices certified *and* third party lab certified for purity. The FDA requires all supplement companies follow GMPs, but it’s on the honor system with spot checks. (For context of why accountability is important, unscrupulous Turmeric manufacturers have been known to add toxic dyes to their products). FitVitality does provide a license number with the Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI), which identifies the manufacturer as “Arizone International LLP”, “a manufacturer and Exporter of Indian Seeds, Spices and Herbs”, and which has a robust web page that describes having multiple specific quality/safety related certificates.
Transparency: FitVitality is a relatively new brand. In fact, I can’t find anything about it on the internet. At all. (Fit Vitality and Vitality Fit seem to be different businesses). On the bottle, the FitVitality contact address is in Montana, but it’s missing a street address and zip code digit. The distributor per Amazon.com is located in Vietnam, but checking google maps leads to a location in a forested area that says “temporarily closed”. The FSSAI identifies the manufacturer as “Arizone International LLP”, which is legit (see above).
Quality: I was a bit disappointed to see that the outer safety seal was missing. The inner seal was intact, but in this day and age I’d like to see both. The capsules appear evenly colored yellow, and are easy to swallow. The powder tastes like turmeric, ginger and pepper, as it should. It’s a thoughtful formulation with pepper added to enhance absorption.
Summary: I started out with this being a 5 star review. I still have concerns about transparency, but the manufacturer identified by the India FSSAI web page appears to be legitimate and claims high accountability. Considering that it looks and tastes like what it’s supposed to be, I landed on a four star rating.

Been taking this for a few weeks now and really like it. I feel good and it appears to make me feel the same as more expensive turmeric I’ve tried.
Pills are easy to swallow and have no funny aftertaste. Overall I’m very happy with the product. We all know the benefits of turmeric and I can say those benefits are felt with this product greatly.

My wife has been taking turmeric supplements for some time now, and appreciates that these capsules are somewhat smaller than others, making them easier to swallow, even if it does mean she needs to take three, instead of two. She has not noticed any adverse side effects while taking them.
