I didn’t like the taste of these and they gave me a horrible repeat flavor and indigestion. Didn’t find any effects on my immune system after taking them. Wouldn’t get these again.

Who says that supplements have to taste bad? That’s not the case with these gummies. They are really quite tasty. An elderberry flavor that is akin to something like grape. Sweet tasting and very easy to eat. You can let it sit in your mouth and allow it to melt away or you can chew it down. The texture is much like other gummies, but they do not stick to the teeth. That’s a big plus in my world as I’ve never cared for food that sticks to my teeth. Each gummy is actually rather small. Smaller than most other gummies of any kind that I’ve ever seen. One dose is two gummies.
Be aware that these contain a little bit of real sugar. I much prefer them that way because I can’t stand the taste of any sort of artificial or non-sugar based sweeteners.

Interesting take on elderberry supplements. I have had some before with vitamin C and zinc, but this particular product also contains propolis and echinacea. Propolis is a type of a bee wax that bees produce in a mixture of other compounds, and is supposed to be great with helping fight off cold-like illnesses, allergies, and other health issues. My parents used to take propolis supplements with the first onset of a cold virus, but this is the first time I saw it utilized in elderberry gummies. This is a value pack with two bottles included. I currently take several supplements (some are gummies) so it may be difficult to report on whether this product works as stated. For now, I can only speak to the taste which is fine, but not great. It has a perfume-y flavor, almost as if perfume was sprayed in the air, landed on your lip, and somehow ended up in your mouth. The texture is like that of a gummy bear; not too dense or chewy. Often, vitamin gummies will stick together, but I haven’t noticed that here. I am curious to see how this will work with my body as I had a partial thyroid removal a few years back and this product professes to support thyroid function. Wish me luck!
