will know if this is actually working when i retake my blood work in a couple of weeks. i had elevated levels and berberine/milk thistle was recommended.

Combining Berberine with Ceylon Cinnamon and Milk Thistle is a winning formulation as it provides blood glucose and liver support. Milk Thistle is an ingredient present in every good supplement designed to support liver health. Ceylon Cinnamon is the best from of cinnamon and together with Berberine, provides a good support to maintaining blood glucose in healthy levels. I consume this product and I like it. I would just remark that Berberine should be cycled (three or four weeks on and one or two weeks off) as it may aggravate sarcopenia, especially for older adults. Finally, I would appreciate if the distributor Prima Vita had this product tested by an accredited third-party lab for content and quality which has now become industry best practice.

After learning about Berberine and its benefits, I decided to try these supplements. They are easy to swallow and not too large. There is no taste or aftertaste from the pills. I do notice that they help to leave me feeling full, and in this way they reduce appetite. I usually take one after lunch and the other two after dinner when I am looking to be done eating for the day. I have been taking them for a few weeks now and I am still liking them. I will continue giving this supplement a shot.

I’ve been on a weight loss journey for the past few months, and read some promising studies about berberine as supplement that might help. I’ve been taking it now for about 2 months. Obviously difficult to know whether a supplement is directly helping or not, but it seemed to have helped me push past a plateau, so I’m continuing to take it. I ordered this last month when my previous bottle ran out. I’m primarily using it for the berberine, but the other ingredients in this offering are a nice bonus, too.
The bottle arrived well packaged and well sealed. Seems to be of high quality — no odd smells or broken capsules. I take one pill three times per day, as that aligns with the dosage and protocol I saw online. Obviously, your mileage may vary, and certainly consult your doctor regarding any new supplements or weight loss approach you’re taking, but it’s been working really well for me.
Overall, I’m happy with this supplement, this specific brand of the supplement, and the price!
