We use this product religiously on trouble areas we want to reduce fat and water. Highly effective when paired with an individualized meal plan and a constant cardiovascular regimen. Will purchase again and again. This size seem to last the longest. When I rub it in, I let it air dry before I put my clothes back on. It’s seems t work best and your clothes will never absorb it. Not that if it does you will notice because it’s not greasy nor leaves any residue. Love this product and we will keep re purchasing it!

This stuff does burn, and it does work. It takes a few weeks. I use two pumps per section of the body I am applying it to before cardio (it really activates during intervals), and two before bed. I want to reiterate what someone else said further down: This is not for people with a high body fat percentage. There is no substitute for diet and exercise. This is for people who are either in or nearing single digit body fat percentage.

Now, if you are serious about getting that muscle burn and need the added benefit of pushing your limits, this will certainly help reach those goals. This product will literally LIGHT up those specific muscle groups (arms, delts, abs, legs) during any exercise or even just going about your day. I rub this into my skin just a few minutes before a workout and I can attest that it will LAST your entire workout and even hours after that. Much better and more effective compared to anything I’ve used in the past.
You must however FOLLOW the directions as labeled on the bottle! Just a dime size is ALL that you need! I cannot stress this enough. And make sure to wash your hands after applying! This has not left any skin irritations for me, but everyone is different, so to be sure to test it out for yourselves. A game changer!

This stuff brings the heat! Read other reviews about this product and decided to give it a try. Used it over my chest and ab areas for about 2 weeks, and it did its job. After two weeks, abs were more defined as well as my chest, I had already been cutting for 3 months, this just gave me that extra help. This stuff does burn though but it was very tolerable for me, kinda feels like a bad sun burn and heats your body up. I would apply it before every workout, for me it seemed like sweat activated it even more, especially when doing cardio after weight training. Great stuff, definitely would use again.

Great burn!!! Put it on about an hour before exercise this morning. Has the initial heat up that similar products do and then the cool off. About 2 km into my 12 km row, it started to ramp the temp back up. Felt great!! I’ve used similar products from another company that starts with evo and I like the ingredient complex in this product a little better. I can’t wait to see the results in the following few weeks. This is my first product from MPA and I’m very impressed right out of the gate!!!

Well I was hoping what I read wasn’t true, but mine also came without a cap and product in the dispenser. I don’t know how well it works yet but will know soon. Disappointed that this seems to be a reoccurrence with this purchase.
Updating 3/24. This stuff is fantastic! Definitely get the burning sensation when I put this on with the compression belt for my waist and compression for my thighs. A LITTLE goes a LONG way! Give it about 10-15 min after putting some sort of compression and you will feel it. I honestly like this better than sweet sweat. Light cinnamon fragrance. Doesn’t make you sweat as much but still serves it purpose.
Fix the cap issue and maybe there will a fifth star.

I read a lot of reviews on this before purchasing. I saw a few people saying theirs came with no lid and already used. I was hoping it wasn’t the case with me but apparently not. Maybe the lid fell off due to the fact it wasn’t secured in the box? But then again it did look like it was already used. There was stuff already in the dispenser. So that was a bummer.
Now with everyone saying how much it hurts and burns so don’t use too much. The first time I used it I put very little on due to what everyone said. I didn’t feel anything only on my inner thighs. Other areas I put it on did turn red but I felt nothing. So the next time I did it I put a little more on. Again my inner thighs felt the burn and heat! But other areas like my sides, stomach and lower back I only felt a little sensation.
I do have to say this does make me sweat a whole lot more though. Im soaked after my cardio session so that’s a plus. I’m going to keep using it just to see if this does really help and if I can see any difference within the next few weeks.
