The texture is so gross, it does not dissolve. I used a whisk frother to try to dissolve it but that didn’t work. Because the powder does not mix in you get a sand-like texture to try to choke down. Adding it to juice helped some with getting past the light vitamin flavor (which I expected and can tolerate) But because of the gritty texture leaving a good amount of the serving size stuck to the glass, I will not repurchase and won’t finish what I have. This was a big waste of money. Also, shipping took almost two weeks and was addressed to someone else.

I don’t know why more people don’t know about All One; it’s truly an amazing vitamin supplement. There’s a noticeable difference in my energy level when I take it. I don’t feel tired or lethargic later on in the day. My skin has improved; it feels smoother, cleaner; my nails are growing faster (and they are strong), and my hair is feeling the effects. Those are some visual improvements of All One.
It doesn’t taste fantastic and it’s a bit grainy, so I would recommend mixing your powder with a strong liquid (orange juice, apple juice, cranberry juice, or make a smoothie). You have to mix it really well because the stuff doesn’t dissolve all that great. When its mixed well enough, I tend to gulp it down.
I’m used to the taste now, but when I first tried the stuff, it definitely took some getting used to. Don’t let that deter you though, every oz. of this stuff is worth it, and the taste is a small price to pay for the benefits that you reap.
I take my All One in the mornings, with a glass of Orange Juice. Lately though, I’ve tried mixing it up with a smoothie–dissolves better and masks the taste. Nothing fancy, some soy milk, an apple, and a banana do the trick.
The directions say a heaping tablespoon…I don’t exactly put a “heaping” tablespoon in my drink; I don’t think you need to put that much. All in all, an excellent product that keeps you healthy and energized.

This “All One Powder” is good to mix with your favorite smoothie, milk, juice & water. After 3 to 4 days of taking this “All One Powder” that I felt boosted with alot energy & doing so much work recently that I prior felt drained of energy. It has all the vitamins & minerals one’s body needs plus other antioxidants that keeps body healthier. Also in mixing this “All One Powder” with water then also include your fresh fruit like bananas or strawberries or blueberries for added antioxidants plus the flavor of the fruits mixed in a small beverage mixer that its more delicious to drink. Also mix it in breakfast beverage like milk or fruit juice or breakfast smoothie or almond milk or coconut milk, to drink with your breakfast meal. If you mix it in plain water then it has a very mild taste of a vitamin that I drink it that it is good for one’s health to stay healthier. That mixing it with plain water then it has a very mild vitamin taste because it mixed with plain water but mix it adding fresh fruit then there isn’t the mild vitamin taste. Also one can’t taste the mild vitamin taste when you mix it any juice beverage or any milk or coconut milk or almond milk or in a smoothie beverage. Also instead of adding fresh fruit then add either a tablespoon of peanut butter or strawberry jam or blueberry jam or any other jam of a fruit you like apricot or cinnamon apple jam or sugarless grape jam or organic sugarless any fruit jam into your beverage drink with the “All One Powder” then enjoy drinking the “All One Powder” nutritional drink that nourishes your body to healthier.

AllOne is more than complete. We use it daily in our breakfast smoothie to help keep us healthy. I would not try it alone with water but when mixed with fruit and protein powder in a blender its fantastic. It doesn’t have much taste. AllOne has many formulas. Check the ingredient list to find the perfect formula for your needs. We chose the original as it has methylcobalamin B12. We love it and have tried MANY brands, this is the best for us.
