I have been taking this product for about 3 years….only 3-4 capsules a day. I originally took it for memory and am so impressed with the results. At 71 years old, yes it even helped me remember numbers, codes, where I left items. Amazing. I do believe it has benefits to skin, hair and overall health.

I was a little sceptical about Nu Skin but after reading reviews decided to give it a shot. I’ve been taking the pills for 3 weeks now and the first most noticeable change is my eyelashes – I have nice dark eyelashes but after taking the pills they are so much thicker and longer a friend was asking me if I did the extensions. Wow! Looking forward to long term results .

I’ve been taking Vitality for about six years and was one of the first to try it when initially marketed by Pharmanex/Nu Skin. Being a distributor for two years I received a price break for monthly shipping, however, there were too many distributors selling online, against company policy (below price point). I couldn’t compete as I refused to cut the throat of my fellow distributors by cheating and selling online. Now, I take the product daily and can say it is a high quality supplement. Taking 6 capsules, as directed, is best. My memory, ability to regulate sleep/wake cycles while having a restful night of sleep, and overall energy increased. Results may vary between individual experiences. Some of my customers fell in love with it and some say they didn’t notice a difference. Note that the increase is slow and you need to take the product for over 30 days. When purchasing from the company you are provided with a chart in order to document observed patterns prior to and after committing to take it regularly. Its important to complete this observation due to the subtle changes daily. This is one reason people say the difference is not noticed as they are accustomed to instant gratification. Hope your experience with it is as good as mine.

I love this product. I am 66 years old and since using this product I have energy galore. I closed my construction company after 19 years cause my husband wanted to retire, I did not. I work 4 hours non-stop in the school cafeteria without sitting down. The other younger cashiers sit but I stand. It helps me to do 20 minutes a day on my stepper exerciser.
