I’ve been taking probiotics for my digestive health for many, many years after my doctor recommended them. I usually take one a day, but this brand recommends taking two a day. I’ve never seen probiotics this expensive, and I see no reason to continue with these at this price. They are manufactured in the USA, which I like, but no mention if they are third party tested.

Overview:
I found this product to arrive in a quality bottle, well packaged, sealed and labeled. There was good information on the product label and there were no issues with the softgels from shipping. If you price out high quality biotics you will find they are not cheap. So, it’s no surprise these are more expensive than some others, however, they make up for that in quality ingredients and performance.
I have taken these 1 week at a time, each month. I find they cause me no stomach upset, are easy to take, and provide some gastrointestinal relief from various symptoms I have experienced. These are vegetarian, which might appeal to some but made no difference to me since they worked well for me.
These are manufactured in the USA from globally sourced ingredients. However, based on the documentation, details on the company, supporting information available online, I am not concerned about the quality of the ingredients.
Most folks who take probiotics don’t realize, the should be taking probiotics as well as postbiotics to get the full benefit of the primary supplement they were taking in the first place.
Bottomline:
These are high-quality ingredients, put together with care, and packaged very well in a well-balanced pre, post, and pro biotic combination that you would normally have to take in separate products to get the same balance. I am going with 4 stars, just because the price is somewhat high and makes it harder for some to take these on a more regular basis.

Heavy exercise in the heat can cause me GI distress. I decided to give these a try before long hot endurance runs since I’ve had some limited success with other probiotics and these worked great- better than other brands! I took these for a few days before, during and 1 day after the run with the other days of the week off. Got through the whole run without cramping or nausea and was able to eat during the run without side effects. Runs like this are a stress to the body while they are happening so, I figure, mimic stressors people might have from sources like job, family, school etc. If those stressors are messing with your gut, maybe these would help? All the caps came intact and the bottle safety sealed. Non-GMO. I don’t like the caramel and carrageenan used to make the capsule but at leasts it’s a vegetable based capsule and didn’t cause any stomach upset. Love that it includes pre and postbiotics to help the probiotics.

I struggle with pills but these are so tiny, and powerful, I feel a bit difference in my gut when I start the day with these. They are pricey though.

The Premier Research Labs 3-year fermentation prebiotic, probiotic, and postbiotic is like nothing I have ever used. The first thing I noticed was that the bottle lid wasn’t safety wrapped, but the bottle itself did have a foil safety tamper seal. When I removed the seal I immediately could smell the capsules. The fragrance isn’t horrible, just unique and reminds me of licorice. When I examined the capsules they appeared to be uniform in size – due to the dark coloring it was impossible to see if they are all filled with the same amount – but being a dark color helps to protect the contents. You recieve 60 capsules per bottle and if you follow the suggested serving size – you will take 2 capsules a day… so this bottle would be a thirty day supply. The capsules are easy to swallow because they are small in size.
The label on the bottle is easy to read and has all the information you’ll need to make an informed decision for yourself – A list of qualities the company wants to highlight, supplement facts – serving size, probiotic fermented multi culture ingredients, probiotics, postbiotics, and other ingredients. They state it has 14 fruits, vegtables, mushrooms, and seaweed.
I can’t find any storage information – should it be refrigerated?
When I began taking these capsules at bedtime the next day I am regular like clockwork and feel less bloated. I’m very happy with the performance of these capsules, but I don’t think I can justify the cost. It’s too steep for my pocketbook – especially at this time.
Do they do what they state – for me , yes. Will I order these again? As much as I’d like to, sadly I have to say No because of the price.
