For the $50+ price that it was, receiving half the number of caplets and half the amount of EPA & DHA is misrepresentation. Incredibly dissatisfied.

Product is good. Amazon storage, or whatever the cause, not so much. Two for two, the bottle arrived and all the capsules were melted together. The product arrived damaged.

I take fish oil to help with inflammation, particularly with acne (which may be a more unique use case). However, fish oil comes in a ton of different varieties and qualities, so sometimes it’s hard to know if what you’re taking is having any impact at all.
I’ve found that when I take 3 of these babies per day my there is a MARKED difference in the amount of inflammation on my face – like, wow. I’m not blemish free, but my zits are way less inflamed on average, and go away a lot quicker than they otherwise would. These can be a bit pricey, especially when you’re taking 3 per day, but these are definitely a high quality brand and the impact for me is totally worth it.

This product is not a magic pill that cures all ailments, and to be honest I have no idea if it’s improving anything in my body, though I don’t feel worse for it and its supposed to have the good omegas we need so I will continue to throw money at it and pop the pills like a good ol boy

These gelcaps are a great vehicle for omegas, not tasting super fishy, even once they’ve been in my pill organizer by the end of the week! The little bit of citrus definitely helps and they’re mostly easy to get down with a small sip of water.

This formula has a lot going for it—the oil is Friend of the Sea certified, molecularly distilled, and dosage is a flexible choice. My husband needs more fish oil than I do, so he takes the recommended two capsules per day for maximum support (1217 mg total Omega 3 fatty acids) versus my one capsule (608 mg). These are rather large soft gels, but we haven’t found many fish oil supplements that are smaller in size. The lemony flavor is an added benefit, and helps curb fishy burp odors. Another reason we like this formula is because it is in triglyceride form, which is better absorbed than ethyl ester forms. Nordic Naturals isn’t the only fish oil brand we use, but it is a reliable source that we trust. Anyone who doesn’t consume one meal of fish per week might benefit from an Omega 3/6 supplement like this one.

I love this product. I take it to reduce inflammation and it works wonderfully! It has no fishy after taste at all. It’s easy on the stomach. I’ve taken it for over a year now. My doctor originally had me take 2x capsules 3x a day due to inflammation. Now I’m down to 2 2x a day.
Only downside is, it’s pricey.
