I bought this product because I went to a wellness clinic and found out that my testosterone was high as suspected. They recommended me “Thorne Ovarian Care” I had it sent to my parents address out of state so I bought this in the meantime….. This is my third day and I am experiencing all of the side effects. This may not be the case for everyone, but I guess my body can’t tolerate it. A persistent headache, stomach pains even after pepto bismal, and 2 enemas. Gassy, and bloated I will have to look for topical options

40:1 is a good ratio especially for pcos women, and the product itself tastes sweet, has a scoop inside for 2 grams which is a daily dose.

I an a die hard Ovasitol user… however due to inflation and coat of living, I cannot purchase it.
I have been diagnosed with pcos 5 years ago and have been a myo/d chiro inositol user for 3 years.
Ovasiol is two scoops of the same formula so it will be interesting to see how 1 scoop will effect me.

It tastes about the same, slight sweetness, mixes well with water, coffee, milk… whatever.. add it to protein shakes… you won’t notice it.

My husband and I are not trying for a baby right now, but I do have PCOS and about 7 months ago I removed my birth control implant and had no desire to get back on birth control. Since then, my periods have been far more manageable than any other time in my life, more consistent, lighter flow (I still have heavy days, but not the changing my pad/tampon/cup every hour heavy), and so much shorter (3 to 5 days vs 7 to 10 prior to birth control 10ish years ago). But I’ve had terrible PMS, cramping for several days, terrible mood swings before and after, so many cravings, and acne!
I started using this product at the beginning of 2022. I was aware of this brand and this product and I had tried the capsules before, but I forget to take pills all the time. I thought, I drink coffee most days, let’s try the powder. By itself, it’s sweet, almost like Splenda, but it doesn’t add a lot of noticeable sweetness to my coffee, which was something I was worried about. My coffee still tastes great and I feel like I’m helping myself when I add it!
In the two-ish months I’ve been using this I’ve noticed a difference in my periods. The first month was not as noticeable, but February was different. First, it was right on time. I’d average between 28 to (an extreme) 45 days between cycles. So I was surprised when it showed up on time, exactly four weeks from my last cycle. Second, I had no noticeable PMS. I didn’t have terrible cramps the day before or the first days of my period. Now, I did have some very slight cramping the first day, but it was so much more bearable than anything in the past. I slapped my little heating pad shark plush on my belly, and felt better. Third, my mood was stable before and after, other than a small little cry, but that might have just been because I was stressed (lol who told me graduate school was a good idea, I want my money back). I didn’t feel completely drained of energy while I was bleeding, and was able to function like a normal human. The length of my cycle hasn’t changed much, I’m still averaging about 4 days of bleeding. My flow is about the same as before. Light to medium the first day, with the second day being the heaviest, and the rest being about medium. One thing I’ve seen is that I am passing a few more clots than I had in the past. Nothing as big and disturbing as I had pre-birth control, but still something that was different than my pre-supplement cycle.
Overall, I absolutely love this product and the way it has made me feel. I’m not trying to get pregnant now, but I feel it will be beneficial when my husband and I decide it’s time to expand our family.

You can pry this supplement from my cold dead hands before I stop taking it. Regulated my period. I feel awake and not sleepy for the first time in YEARS. I am OBSESSED. The only thing is I started with a sprinkle – like a sprinkle of salt – in my protein shake instead of the recommended scoop. I slowly increased. If I take too much I do get a bit nauseous. But take the right amount, and it’s more of just an appetite suppressant and energy boost. I am tired at the end of the day like I fully used my energy in the best way possible. Not wired at the end. I even napped and woke up refreshed. I sleep deeper. So play around with the amount. I’m not kidding- it was on my maybe list for so long but this is an absolute life saver.

Ok I never write reviews, although I had to with this wonderful product! Recieved the Myo-Inositol D- Chiro powder a month ago. I am thilled at the results! Really LOVE The scoop it so cute! the powder is easy to take. I mix it in any drink. I Have been suffering with PCOS for last 15 years, I also suffer from depression,anxiety, Chronic Migrains & Fatigue and being overfat. I had been taking Inositol for months with no effect. After doing some reserach I learned that the Inositol must be Inositol D Chiro. No health food store stocked this in my area. I had read a lot about wholesome story Myo-Inositol D- Chiro and decided to give it a try. I take two scoops a day, one in the morning and one at night. After one week into starting I had fogotten that I had PCOS, Pain was GONE. I lived on advill and did not take anything for pain! After the second week I had No racing anxious thoughts. I was so overly sensative and now It seems like I have better control of my emotions, and I feel a more put together. I can watch a movie and get through it without crying. Week three I no longer had to shave my chin,now just a light peach fuzz. My doctor also took me off Metformin, my blood sugar was lower and lower blood pressure! Im now on my fourth week and have truly noticed that I have so much energy! clothing is loser, Have gone days without a migrain. I have painted my entire living room, bed room in two weeks. Just feel so much happier! An inner JOY! I also sleep better at night, I get a full 8 hours of restfull sleep! When trying to sleep I use to feel my nerves buzzing from anziety, At times I would wake up feeling short of breath. Hubby said that I aslo no longer snore. To my surprize my eyesight got better. I can see without my reading glasses. No longer need glasses for distance. BEST purchase I ever made and will continue to take this wonderful product! Thank you for making such a wonderful product!

I got pregnant after two months of taking this supplement. I don’t have pcos except I do have higher androgens
Side effects I seem to keep on weight more and more hair shedding. Completely opposite of what others have mentioned
