I’ll let you know later how the Genestra HMF Intensive and women’s products actually work, but the HMF Replete is absolutely wonderful and has saved me much pain and anxiety. I hope these other two work as well, but the Replete is too expensive for me to take on a regular basis.

UPDATE: after the review went live, customer service contacted me again to try and resolve the issue. They looked deeper into the shipping and found that it took 5 days to get to me rather than the recommended 48hrs. Full refund was given. Edited stars given since they looked deeper into the issue and refunded, but still think the issue should have been looked into when I initially called customer support.
Product did well when ordering it over winter – appetite suppression was noticeable. Order during warmer times, not so much. Received order and the ice pack felt hot to touch. Measured the ice pack at 96°f. Tried calling customer service but initial few calls were unable to complete due to limited hours. Once I did reach was told the pills can be at room temp for 3 days without issue. Reiterated the ICE PACK was 96°f (would be the worst room ever). Rep said they would get with supervisor. They emailed 7 days later with blanket statement about pills could be at room temps for 3 days. Since I couldn’t return or get refund, I took them….nothing – probiotics were definitely baked and dead.
TLDR: don’t order if temps are over 70/80°f those ice packs are worthless.

I cannot live without this product. I have tried and my gut went to h-e-double hockey sticks. My terrible gas came back, I would wake up in the morning with an aching belly and I would crave sugar and junk food all day/binge eat. When I take this probiotic, I don’t have the painful/loud gas, I don’t have the aching belly, I don’t have the sugar cravings and moodiness. Just make sure you open the package immediately when it arrives to you and get it in the fridge. The package says that the ice packs can melt en route and the product will still be fine for a day or two without ice, but the one time I arrived home late and the package had been delivered and was sitting on my porch in the sun for a few hours, the probiotic did not work like it regularly does. So make sure you get it into the cold and take one a day. You won’t regret it!!!

Great product. Well tolerated and high quality.Iserve is the best distributor of the product compared to others due to the fact that they ensure the product gets to you with the proper labeling to let mail carriers know of its need for refrigeration or that it’s perishable and they do put a hefty freezer pack in with it. Most places didn’t go that distance to ensure the Integrity of the product.

Package warm on arrival rendering all bacteria in the probiotic dead and useless. Don’t buy these.
