I haven’t really been able to tell if it works well for me since I’ve only been on it for a month but in that time I’ve definitely seen my period which was delayed before. I will update further when I’m on it for 2-3 months. But what I CAN say is that the flavor is virtually non existent, it is Very easy to stir even in regular water and you can’t even tell you’re taking a powder substance. Very versatile, and easy to take, or even take with me if I’m traveling.

I have taken Myo-Inositol supplements for several years now to manage my PCOS symptoms and it has worked great. Before trying this particular product I was using another I found here on Amazon (Zazzee/Z-E) which has a recommended dosage of 1 scoop per day which equals 2000mg of only Myo. This product, Ovofolic, recommends 2 pouches a day with each pouch containing (according to them) 2000mg of Myo, 50mg of D-Chiro and 200mcg of Folate per pouch (so would end up being 4000mg of Myo etc.)
I stopped taken Z-E when I received this product and switched over with no missing dosage in between however instead of doing the recommended 2 pouches I only did 1 as it matched what I had previous been taking. This was a mistake and over a short period of time I could tell I was not getting enough as some symptoms were coming back. I also noticed the taste of the Ovo was not as strong in single doses as the Z-E which makes me question if one package really does have 2000mg of Myo in it (Myo has a sweet taste even diluted in water though its not overbearing). I decided to follow the recommended two pouches and within a few days was golden again. So the 2 pouches is the required amount regardless if a serving size of what they claim is in a single pouch. Not a deal breaker as it does come with the other two ingredients, the D-Chiro and Folate however that means a single 60 pouch box is only going to last 30 days and at the price of the product, which is a bit high, I will probably stick to the Z-E as it has 255 servings in their large powder jar which is a single scoop/serving a day at about half the cost.
Should you buy this product? Yes, if you travel a lot (the pouches are convenient and preserve the quality of the powder/supplement) and/or if you want to include the other two supplements into a single (or really double) dose. The product does work however for me personally there are better options.

I had to come and leave a review. I have a very “sensitive” palate, and I will say with 100% certainty, this has zero taste and dissolves completely. Now on to the important stuff: I started taking this Monday evening. I decided to start with one dose per day to see how I tolerate it. Tuesday, I started having a bit of breakthrough bleeding. To me that’s a sign of a hormonal shift. Today is Wednesday, and everything is back to normal. I do take BCP’s to manage my PCOS symptoms, and I haven’t stopped yet. This stuff actually does something. Next week, I’ll up the dose to 2x a day and see if anything changes.

I’ve been using these along with other supplements to help regulate my period and PCOS symptoms. They seem to really do the trick, but as expected, they did take a while to “kick in.” Getting proper nutrients and vitamins as well as other healthy lifestyle changes are so important with PCOS. These are easy to use and have absolutely no taste even when mixed with water. It DOES take a while to get it fully dissolved or you get a SLIGHT salty taste, but it wasn’t bad and you have to REALLY concentrate on it. Just throw the water back already lol. In any drink that wasn’t water I truly couldn’t taste it at all. I really like how the doses are pre measured and still a decent cost unlike competing products that up-charge an insane amount to have the powder doses pre-measured. My only complaint is that it comes in a box with a sticker seal but each time I’ve ordered, the sticker seal has been broken. Since none of the individual packets were broken or missing I didn’t return or make a big fuss, but it is something unexpected and worth mentioning. Will keep reordering.
