I’ve been buying this for almost a year, and was happy with results. I tried for years to lose 10 lbs, and nothing changed except this item, so I would say “very successful”. Sadly, I can no longer purchase this item as the price has DOUBLED since my first purchase………the way of the world, and its seems no company is exempt from greed.

I purchased some of this product to use as a quick reference material as I was synthesizing 13C3 7-keto DHEA as a LCMS reference material. The material from Jarrow did not match my material it is less polar and has an incorrect MW -18 which is loss of water. The material almost 100% impurity, it is likely the 3,5 diene-7-ketone with only a small trace of the claimed 7-keto DHEA in there. It is an expected decomposition product if 7-keto DHEA is treated harshly, but I am not sure if much is known about this material in terms of activity or safety. I checked the compound I suspect it has become is a known aromatase inhibitor this fits with the customer claiming very high testosterone levels 7 Keto DHEA should not do that an aromatase inhibitor could. The bad lot I had was 67800D22, but I have no idea if all the material is wrong or not this lot was almost 100% the dehydrated product

I took this capsules while I was with the help of a nutritionist and working out with heavy weights 4 days a week.
Pros:
– it reduces my appetite each capsule holds it up to 4 hours, I take 2 capsules a day
Cons:
– not a big change in my body fat percentage. Whereby I don’t think they support fatty acid metabolism as the description in the bottle says
– I bought 3 bottles for a total cost of $75, by now each bottle is the double of the price
No side effects noticeable. No change in energy levels. Give it 3 starts only because of the reduce in appetite. After taking the 3 bottles probably not buying again

I’ve given this a run for its money by keeping my diet consistent before taking it, while taking it, and while not taking it for a few weeks. When I first started taking it, I reduced my sugar intake to next to nothing but I still wasn’t seeing any weight loss. I noticed a difference after 2 or 3 weeks of taking it, and over the next 3 months, I lost 10 lbs without changing my diet. I stopped taking it for about a month and I didn’t gain the weight back. I’m still looking to lose more weight, so I will continue taking it, but it’s not like one of those supplements that you have to continue taking or you’ll gain the weight back.
Also worth noting – I haven’t noticed any side effects at all!

I often reads reviews before buying a product but in this instant I took a chance and guess what? It worked. When reading negative reviews you have to take a few things into consideration. Did the person change their diet at all, maybe they are still drinking pop and eating high calorie foods. You don’t have to exercise with these but do you move at all? Before these pills I was watching my calorie intake. I googled a chart to figure out what my intake should be for my weight , height and my goal weight. Second I drank only water. This was something I had to teach myself because most people have a hard time mustering a lot of water. Second I made sure my last food intake was three hours before bedtime. This was hard for me because in my world tv and food go together. I didn’t lose anything but my pride. So I figured I needed help and I had a lot of friends tell me Keto was the way to go. Well there are hundreds of different keto pills. So I researched each one. Careful not to buy any from an off company that is selling a generic version. Watch for the USD verified mark. This time I did all those things above and added keto. I stayed patient and guess what I am losing weight and my stomach is going down. The stomach was the big one. It didn’t get there over night and It’s not going away over night but my clothes are lose!! Those young kids I complained about when they show their underwear two inches above their pants? Well that me now Lol. I now have to wear a belt and or suspenders. I am going to keep going I’m on a roll. If your expecting a miracle without changing anything then yes don’t buy these. But, if your willing to do your share of the work so Keto can do their part I highly recommend these.
