Great potency! if you prepare it properly ie the traditional method using a nut milk bag.. and warm water
Prepared properly this absolutely gets you feeling good! take enough and you can’t help but to melt into the couch and fall asleep.

When it’s good, it’s good. When it’s so-so, it’s meh, and when it’s bad it sucks. Just an inconsistent product across the board and I’ve basically tried all the variations they sell. I think you don’t really know what you’re getting. They brand it as fromFiji or from Vanuatu or Tongan, but outside of the Tongan Pouni Ono, they don’t tell you what type it is. I wouldn’t recommend rolling the dice, especially at these price point.

I was excited to order my first ever bag of Vanuatu Koa Kava Kava Premium Noble Waka Kave Tea. On Amazon it is advertised as “delivering an unmatched calm that soothes the mind and body, guiding you to deep relaxation.” Furthermore, it’s “perfect for unwinding after a long day and promoting a peaceful night’s sleep.” Shortly after my first package of Kava arrived, I mixed a glass of Kava in my new AluBall Kava Maker while carefully following the instructions. My first experience was good. My mood was enhanced, I felt relaxed and slept well that night. One week later my second experience was quite the opposite; I didn’t feel relaxed and as the Kava wore off I began to feel irritable and had difficulty sleeping. Since then, I’ve mixed two more batches and noticed that I feel irritable, overly nervous and unable to sleep. Perhaps I got bad batch? I dunno. I was really looking forward to unwinding after a long day and enjoying a peaceful night’s sleep.
Interestingly earthy –
Flavor is earthy and somewhat bitter. I was thinking it was not going to be very effective as a less destructive substitute for alcohol but I was surprised at the effectiveness. I can work with this but it is a little messy. Might try some different flavors like honey or natural sweeteners. Fizz would be interesting with the numbing qualities it has. I like it so far.

This is a great one. Koa is a little more expensive than some other brands, but its totally worth it. After trying a few, now I only buy Koa Kava. One or two servings brings about a calm relaxation that is great for unwinding at the end of a busy day.

I had to strain glasses of this product. It was the most deluded representation of cava that I’ve ever drank personally, the eyedropper cava you get in. The natural store was stronger which is very weak. I’m not sure how long they’re leaving it before they package it, but it’s very dried out weak product I tried Instant product and it was very very, very weak

This was my first time trying Kava and I personally loved it so much that I’m buying 2 more bags (from other brands to compare). It tastes better than how people describe it, you do need to chug it but the aftertaste goes away quickly and you actually start to enjoy it because the numbing sensation actually means that it’s gonna hit well. When it tastes better it tended to not hit as hard so-
Anyways, I highly recommend and make sure to give it a chance because not much happens the first few times.
