This supplement is the perfect way to add Fisetin to your diet. I started taking these a few weeks ago and am hoping to get some benefits in regards to brain health, immune support, cardiovascular health and skin appearance. I fall squarely into that over 40 age demographic and am hoping that this helps keep my brain active and engaged.
The capsules are odorless and flavorless. They are easy to swallow and have not caused any side effects. I typically take them with a snack or a meal so I have not experienced any stomach upset. The recommended dose is 1 capsule per day. There are 60 capsules in the bottle so this is a 2-month supply. I feel that the price is expensive, but dementia and Alzheimer’s run in my family so I am hoping this supplement helps.

I started taking Fisetin to support brain health, and anti-aging. It was important to me that Fisetin did not have negative side effects and that it did not adversely interact with other supplements or medications I take.
