I just completed my first pack of this product – 30 days. I took the one pill formula in the morning with my breakfast and an eight oz. cup of water, and then at night about 30 minutes before bed took the night time one pill formula. I noticed a change in my focus, energy and mood within the first 24 hours of taking this multivitamin. I love coffee so much and have been drinking roughly 2 to 3 cups a day (sometimes just for the taste) for the past 6 years, since starting this regiment I have had a total of two cups of a coffee in 30 days. WOW. I couldn’t believe it. I was completely amazed at how much I not only don’t crave coffee, but don’t even need it because my level of energy, mood and focus is so improved. Not only that, for the past several years I have struggled tremendously with having a full nights rest. I have tried sleeping pills, melatonin, etc. to try and fix these problems, but nothing worked. The first day that I took the night time formula pill I hit the pillow and slept for a full eight hours with no tossing, turning, waking up in the middle of the night, or bad dreams (which was a side effect of straight melatonin) AND I woke up feeling rested, awake and ready for the day. I was in complete awe. The price of these multivitamins are so expensive for the quantity of 30 day supply you get in it. Nevertheless it’s worth it. I was suffering from sleep insomnia. I just couldn’t go to sleep at a decent time. I would fall asleep around 4:00am – 7:00am Wake back up from 10:00am – 2:00pm this was going on for months.
I took a lot of sleep aids to be able to go to sleep. Nothing was was working. I took prescription pills, tea, natural pills, acupuncture, prescribed narcotics. Nothing help.
Then I came on Amazon looking for something. I don’t recall what now. And I came across this. I was going to just skip and junk bypass it all together. But I decided to just read the label to see what supplements are in it. I was pleasantly surprised to see that good about of what’s inside the multivitamins. Half the stuff in it I already take individually already.
Then I saw a nighttime formula that comes in it. I saw other multivitamins on her with nighttime formula. Nevertheless I stayed away because My misconceptions about it was we at the time. Last thing I wanted was to have more energy to stay up longer then I am already doing.
But I found out that the night time formula not just give your body the right vitamins it needs. But has other stuff that helps you sleep. I contacted the company to find out the best way to use it.
They got back to Me and explain and answer all of My questions. They are very friendly and helpful. So I placed a order for it. Starting talking it the same day it was delivered. Took the night formula around 9:00pm. Then I noticed I went to bed at 3:00am
Continued taking it and I started going to bed earlier and earlier. To the point I was sleeping at 11:00pm consistently. Which was amazing. Nevertheless the good side affects was I was waking up early around 6:00-7:00am bursting with energy. Waking up My wife and infant baby daughter lol 😂
So I decided to take it around 11:00pm and start falling asleep around 1:am – 1:30am You have to fine the right time for you and adjust accordingly. The morning formula is great also. Keeps you going all day with energy. Both formula works in Unison together. Even if I only sleep for 3 – 5 hours. I have tons of natural energy.
Before Healthy cell I was a zombie. I was miserable and grumpy. And just wanted to be left alone. But now I am back to My happy loving self that My Wife missed. And My daughter gets to see again in the morning time again.

This product is what I’ve searched for, for a long time. Price is costly for me, but definitely worth it. Highly recommend. I also appreciate how they break down each ingredient into categories to describe its role.

I have been taking these for two weeks now and so far very impressed. I suffered from fatigue, some anxiety and depression, never felt I had enough sleep, and I shed more hair than my dog and am surprised I never balded because of it. As of day two taking these I noticed more energy. I no longer needed naps during the day and could stay up past 8pm without being tired. As for sleep, I am not sure if I sleep better but when I wake up in the mornings I can actually function and don’t want to crawl back into bed. This week, my second week on these, I noticed my hair feels softer and realized I haven’t had to clean hair out of my brush or shower drain the past few days. This is something I used to have to do daily. Focus on my work has also been the best I have felt in years. I’m loving this. I am staying skeptical and will see in the long run how it continues to work but each day that goes by makes it harder to stay skeptical.
UPDATE: I had to stop taking these after a few months because I noticed I started to get a very bad body odor. I can’t find any information saying anybody has had this issue as a side effect with these pills. I turned my mom on to these and she is very much into herbal remedies. She loves these and has not experienced my one negative side effect. So now that so much time has passed and I really miss the positive way I felt while taking these, I plan to purchase these again and give them another try. Praying that negative effect was just a fluke and doesn’t come back.

I love the protection these vitamins provide, especially an AM and PM formula with telomers and just one pill each! Other regimes have us taking a handful 2x a day, yuck.
The taste is starting to wear on me, I’m thinking of going to the liquid, I love Healthy Cell!
