    I’ve only taken these for 3 days so far. I’m hoping for good results. The first 2 days I wasn’t so sure, I had terrible gas and bloating but today it seems to have passed. I noticed other reviews mentioned similar side effects so I will continue taking these. I now take 1 in the morning and 1 in the evening instead of 2 at once. It seems to have helped.
