I chose to wait a few weeks before writing this review so we had a chance to take it and really see if it was beneficial. Without a doubt, this is a solid supplement and I been taking supplements for over 20 yrs. Every so often you come across a product that you really feel and see differences from, and this is one of them. This is an excellent product for those who follow a blood type diet and need meat in their diet. I am a meat eater, I eat meat every single day (B negative) but my wife only eats meat on occasion, yet her blood type (O positive) calls for it. When she goes days without eating any meat she starts to feel sluggish, tired and weak. I try to tell her that she needs to supplement more meat in her diet, but she says she just doesn’t have the taste for it at times. Since I started her on these products, she has felt a big difference in her well being. She feels so much better, no more feeling weak and lack of energy. It is really perfect supplementation for the lack of meat for when she goes through her dry spells from eating it. She even noticed that her hair (she is a beautician) and nails seem to be more healthier and stronger. I also have 3 young daughters who all have blood types that require meat (B-, O+, O+). One out of the three has no problem with eating meat and eats everything, but the other 2 within the last couple of years became so picky and just stopped meat and is basically eating only carbs – pasta, rice, pancakes, pizza, bread etc. The one that eats everything is nice and filled out, healthy and strong, but the other two, I saw differences in weight. My wife started to empty some caps in butter and would cook it in the rice they ate. I saw differences in them within days. The differences I saw was cognitive differences. My background is education and I work with them every night with school work. Most noticeable was less hyper active and the focus was much better. It just seemed that the thinking process as a whole was improved. We also noticed after a couple of weeks, they started to look more filled out, and the only thing that was added in their diet was these supplements. The effects were amazing, and in my view, I recommend that any parents who have children who are picky eaters (don’t eat meat) and have blood types that require meat in their diet, to get these supplements and find a way to supplement them. You will see a difference. Now lastly, for me, since I do eat meat every day, you would think that taking these supplements won’t make a difference — but actually it did. Not only do I follow a blood type diet, but I also combine it with a Intermediate Fasting diet. I fast anywhere from 16 – 18 hrs a day and my first meal is usually a steak. The way these supplements have helped me is I take them with my last meal at night and it helps me to prolong my fast longer the next day. I noticed the difference immediately. Usually with the IF diet, your last meal should be carb based so that it helps prolong the fast the next day by keeping you full. Since I been using these supplements along with my last meal, the next day I feel stronger and it definitely helps with the fast. Honestly, I can’t say enough good things about these supplements. If you follow the blood type diet its a must have, actually any diet, its the perfect supplementation for meat. I will be ordering these supplements for a long time and I am really happy with the results. Buy with confidence!

I’ve now added the brain and bovine tracheal cartilage supplements. I seriously think that I have the whole ‘nose to tail’ cow except for the adrenal and the prostate which should be forthcoming. This brain has absolutely made a big difference in how I think and how I feel. I am even more organized with better focus, improved sense of well being and more drive. This bovine tracheal cartilage has almost fixed a lingering arthritis / joint problem that I had accepted to live with. It is not perfect, but it is much better.
I have taken A LOT of supplements due to a health issue I had almost 7 years ago… spent a small fortune of money (and hope) on traditional supplements that had little to no meaningful benefit. I had since become skeptical of supplements so I too was skeptical of starting the beef liver in July 2017 and I had no expectation whatsoever. Within the first week, I started noticing subtle improvements and then it became obvious… better energy, better digestion, better drive / better mood, improved metal clarity, better joints (not perfect, but better) and more sound sleep. It felt like I found a fountain of youth and every aspect of life.
For those interested in my story, I no longer have the necessity for constant naps through out the day. My improvement is in all aspects of higher emotions, less stress, more zest for life. I feel deeply nourished after taking your supplements. Its so funny, I get a little emotional because I was living in a very desperate situation regarding my body, brain and its basic functions. I have come to realize that “supplements” are intended to enhance, or add to, something that is more fundamental. That something that is more fundamental is the ‘nose to tail’ nourishment that our early ancestors ate… this is the nourishment that is fundamental to our physiology for good health. I am taking the liver, beef organs, bone marrow, beef heart, beef thyroid, beef pancreas and now brain and bovine trachea (see my picture!). I don’t see these supplements as “supplements,” rather I see them as food that I need to feel and function my best.
I am hitting the gym harder… I get less sore… recover faster… joints feel great… digestion / gut health is great… I could go on…
The capsules are the perfect size… there is no odor… no taste… no problem of any kind. In full transparency, I also take another brand of vitamin D3 / K2, magnesium and collagen from Vital Proteins. I believe that Ancestral Supplements has the very best products in the world and this is not even the slightest exaggeration. I seriously love your products.

Been using it for more than a month but no matter when i try it with or without food (even with small dosage) it has been giving me gastrointestinal problems throughout the day. On days that i don’t take it, i have no issues whatsoever. Is this normal or is it a bad batch?
