This vitamin works well for my son. I mix it in his milk and he has never had a problem drinking it. I took one star off because it will stain things yellow and it can be a little hard to mix.

Use for my ASD kids and mix in their apple juice. Has a taste if not mixed into apple juice. Does make the apple juice orange looking. I continue to use it for them because they lack nutrients and I feel this helps replace them. Have been using for about 2 years and can tell when we run out that it’s continuously needed for them to be a bit more balanced to deal with life’s stressors. I purchased this with the hopes of helping my son. Unfortunately it seemed to make his symptoms worse so after a couple of days we stopped it. On their website it says they have a 30 day money back guarantee but if you purchase it off Amazon they won’t honor it. Even though I sent them a screenshot of my order with order number for proof they said because I didn’t purchase it through their own system they won’t refund me. I will never support this company again nor will I recommend it to others. Also the vitamins take horrible.

What I love about this Multi is that it is in a powder form so you get the best absorption and easy to incorporate In my daily routine. I feel a lot of companies put a lot of fillers and sugars to mask the taste. This one is the cleanest I have found because it has none of that! I would highly recommend adding this to your morning regimen. It does taste like a multi vitamin however it is easily masked by mixing it in your favorite drink.

I bought this for my 8 year old as we go through this process to see if he’s autistic. He has pretty sensitive senses, so I hesitated to get this… but the nutritional contents seem so great. He literally was crying trying to drink half the dose in a cup of orange juice – as he will only drink a few things. I tasted it, and it tasted like a SweeTart version of Metamucil… yuck. I even used to submersion blender to mix it up…it was still gritty with a slightly sour taste. I’ll try again, but if he won’t drink it, then I’m stuck with it and there’s no returns/refund.
