Good Omega supplement. The ingredients list is awesome- I really like the addition of Curcumin, I don’t think I’ve ever seen this added to any Fish Oil Omega supplement.
I like that it comes in a pouch, it’s easier to store, saves space. The serving size is 2 dark colored gelcaps, they’re easy to swallow and have no offensive taste.
I feel like they’re good quality, I can’t say how well they absorb, but I feel good taking them and will likely continue, so I can see how they work in the long run.

Adapt Naturals Omega+ supplement is a very high quality supplement. It contains almost twice as much Omega 3 fatty acids than a Salmon Oil supplement we’ve been taking prior to getting this one. That’s just a start, though, as there is a lot to like about this supplement; including the fact that it also contains Curcumin (helps reduce inflammation and joint pain), Black Cumin Seed Oil (which has antioxidant, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial properties).
About the only thing we are not crazy about with respect to this product is the container it comes in (a pouch), which is a bit cumbersome to store on the shelf in our pantry. We would have preferred if the capsules were contained in a recyclable plastic bottle for more convenient storage. The pouch is not enough to make us not love the product, however – the supplement is quite awesome, actually!

I’ve used it for over a month and can’t tell any difference at all. I’m not even sure what difference to look for. I know it was super pricey and I believe in this company yet I don’t notice anything different about my daily experience when taking it.

Otherwise, I am very satisfied with Adapt Naturals Bio-Avail Omega+ and would recommend it to anyone looking for a high-quality omega-3 supplement that also incorporates ingredients like curcumin and black seed oil.
