I’ve been taking these vitamins for a few years and they’re great. The only significant side effect is that they’ll make me nauseous and possibly throw up when I take them without food. I’ve had this same thing happen with some other vitamins over the years and I’m not sure what the exact reason is for this, but worth noting for others to be aware.

Great product, gives me energy and helps me sleep. Not many Multi’s have Choline so that is one reason I liked these along with them being organic whole food sourced. Hope this company never goes down hill because they have some great stuff.
