These are easy to swallow, tasteless capsules that seem to contain the ingredients that you would expect from the advertisement. Recommend!

I recently started using the FUTURE METHOD Butt and Gut Daily Prebiotic and Probiotic and have noticed some positive changes. The blend of probiotics and prebiotics is designed to optimize digestion and promote a healthy balance of bacteria, specifically targeting active lifestyles. However, I have some reservations about the product’s effectiveness over time, as the batch I received was produced in 2022, and it’s now 2024. All of my bottles that I’ve purchased have all had the same mfg date of 7/21. Probiotics lose their effectiveness over time and expire after a year. I just bought another bottle (8/22) and the mfg date still shows 7/21. For $60 a bottle they better be selling me something that hasn’t expired. Don’t waste your money on ineffective product.

I needed some gut focused pre/pro biotics and this seems like a great combination of both in one supplement. I also love the name lol.. Anyway, I like that you only need to take 2 capsules a day and that the capsules are vegetarian friendly though they are quite large. The ingredients aren’t super clear considering the brand has it’s own proprietary blends of “biotics”.. So you don’t really know what they are. Otherwise, they haven’t caused me any issues and I feel like they may be helping my normally IBS-stressed gut. The manufacturing date is on the box and bottle, so they should be good for one year from that date. I hope these help me with my gut and butt issues.. and I hope they help you too. 🙂

No taste. Easy to swallow. Didn’t notice any negative effects other than a little constipation in the beginning. Overall, I feel decent when taking them.

This pre/pro biotic formula is good and helping to calm down my digestive system. I wish the Amazon price to subscribe were the same price as buying direct from Future Method, but FM charges another $10 just for shipping this small bottle of supplements. Now this product has been out of stock on Amazon and I’m hoping it will come back.
