I purchased these a couple of months ago and saw different reviews, I am on my 3rd bag and I have to say that these vitamins are amazing. I live in Florida and I work from home so although it’s hot, I run to the front door and get them whenever I see that they were delivered. I saw some of the reviews on them melting but I have never had that issue, I have never had a bag go bad on me and the way these things work are amazing. Not only did my hair stop falling out but it is much thicker and I am full of energy. I will continue to purchase these as the proof is definitely in the pill.

I used to buy Complement a few years ago. At the time, the vitamins came in a gel pill. They were completely intact. Then, after about 6 months or so, I noticed the capsules smelled like fish and also there was an aftertaste. I cancelled my subscription at that time. Recently I decided to start purchasing them again. WHAT HAS HAPPENED?? It’s now a leaky capsule. When you open the bag the inside is greasy and gross. They stink…and subsequently so do your hands because you have to handle them. These are absolutely the worst. It’s unfortunate. Originally they were great and it was a great idea. They’re disgusting now.

I have been ordering Essential Vitamins for a while and I never had this happen to me. I ordered two packages one of 180 and one of 90 capsules. The one with 90 capsules seems like some of them exploded. The other package was fine, but they are too expensive to just toss them out, if feels like a waste of money. I am disappointed.

I had to purchase one bag from Amazon because my Complement subscription was backordered a the time unfortunately. I had no issues with the product delivered by Amazon, but looking at the reviews it seems that there is a storage or transportation issue at the Amz facilities. Please be aware that you can purchase from Complement directly even for a discount with subscription.
The product itself is the safest and truly all natural multivitamins on the market. You never know what you get with regular OTC because they are not really controlled and regulated. Do your research.

The item came damaged. The capsules were broken and the contents smelled bad. $50 and it is non refundable. Very disappointing

My son and I both take these and have noticed a big difference when we run out of them. Peppermint smell is very soothing and the capsule is easily swallowed

I haven’t been using this product long enough to notice if it helps, but the mint flavor/scent is just way too strong. It’s honestly nauseating how overpowering it is. Like, they’re just pills, they don’t need to be flavored/scented to do their job, and it’s definitely not a selling point for me, it actually just makes it harder for me to choke these down.

The vitamins in the last package of Complement I received from Amazon were greasy and smelled more fishy than usual. I was very concerned about ordering them from Amazon again, but this package was better.
PLEASE make sure your SEND AND STORE them OUT OF THE HEAT. If I get another less than normal package I will cancel my subscription.
