I used Pürblack Live, Shilajit Pure Himalayan Shilajit and Essencraft Shilaji. This product by far is the best flavor. Essencraft Shilajit and Pürblack are the strongest both having a very this and pungent tar, burnt flavor. Pürblack being the strongest. Of these three the Pure Himalayan Shilajit is the mildest and easily consumed, and the best value for the money. Antidotally, all three provide a morning energy lift, not speedy, just focused and ready for the day. for the money and taste and benifit, Pure Himalayan Shilajit is best.

After doing a bunch of research, and testing both the pill form, and this here, the TAR form of Shilajit, the TAR I found to be the only form that actually works, the pill form in my opinion are useless. Great marketing, but useless. lol I’ve noticed I’m sleeping better and have more energy through the day as a result obviously. I couldn’t find a reasonable way to ingest it online, SO what I do, is just turn on my Keurig, run 8 oz of water through it to heat the water up, then just run the water over the amount of Shilajit I use every day that they have you place on the stick into my cup. I also add 2 packs of Coco and one scoop of Cacao and you can’t even taste the Shilajit. Just a Great Product I believe to enhance our daily health. – BC

This brand of Shilajit has the best flavor you can hope for. It’s not as intense in flavor as some other brands which makes it easier to eat right out of the container. I’d definitely buy this brand again and recommend. I’ve felt more energetic and feel way less anxious (lower stress is a big deal).

After weeks of reading articles on the effects of shilajit, I read a lot of reviews before deciding to try this brand. After a week I did notice a difference and the taste was not as bad as I originally suspected. At first it was not pleasant, but it does grow on you. You definitely want to take the time to make sure you don’t drip the shilajit as it is really sticky, and you want to make sure the lid always goes on right, as any prolonged exposure to air, dries it out really fast and then it just becomes a thick putty consistency.

I love this; it feels pure and of the best quality. Mineralizing your body is essential. Another person left a review about the quality of it changing since their first purchase because, according to them, it was more watered down. Because the viscosity of the product changes to be more runny or thicker depending on the room temperature you put it in. The warmer the room, the more runny, and the colder the room, the more solid.

Update after reorder: like my original review said, the first batch was amazing. I reordered and what I got was thin, runny, less potent, and has a sweet aftertaste. The order was from the exact same manufacture and expiration date, but they are not the same. Something fishy is going on here.
Original review: I have tried 8-10 different types of shilajit/mumio products and this is the best one yet.
In my experience, the Himalayan is better than the Altai, and this brand of Himalayan is potent and leaves no solid residues in the glass. It’s the only brand I’ve used that I wasn’t suspicious of the ingredients. It seems pure and wholesome. I hope it is, because I plan on using shilajit for the rest of my life.
