Very nice product and highly recommended by my doctor. it did knock my triglycerides down tremendously. However, I have to consider that I’m a plant-strong vegetarian and this is just a way of eating liquid fish fat. Seems like there has to be a better way to get Omega 3s. I’m into eating nuts, but you can’t do too much of that and the quality may not be as good as with this fish oil. Diet and exercise are the keys so I’m backing off on my dose of this a bit and we’ll see how the numbers check out.

Since using this for over a year, I rarely need any moisture drops. I was using drops incessantly to no avail. I started these and within two months I saw a difference. My hair has improved too. This is the best thing I’ve had and no fishy aftertaste. Easy to swallow. Worth every penny.

Amazon Review: you shipped an expensive product to me, 2 glass bottles worth, 120 capsules each, without any protection whatsoever. Whats going with Amazon Shipping??? Maybe if Amazon took better care of its Workers, our items would be shipped with better care.

First of all there’s no fishy taste or burps after the fact. Slight lemon taste makes it joyful to take. It works on so many different levels. Cardiovascular health, energy production at cellular level, good for your joints and eyes. 1440 mg of EPA/DHA. Clarity of mind which Improves the focus. A must have if you into healthy and fit lifestyle. It’s a decent size soft gel capsule. Some people may have difficulty swallowing it. But if you have no issues with large size pills it’s a must have.

This is an excellent product and this seller is highly dependable to get the product to you in a prompt and timely fashion. I would add three caveats to this.
1. This is not being taken for pain relief, so that this isn’t applicable to my reason for taking it.
2. For years now, I have taken the EPA-DHA 300 and decided to get this product. Though it was not given to me for any pulmonary reason, my doctor didn’t want me taking it as the high DHA can thin your blood.
3. These are a very large capsule/caplet, and if you have trouble swallowing something this size, you might consider that as well.
These are not intended to be negatives as high DHA is very beneficial. However, one should be aware that these features do exist. I ended up ordering the DHA 300’s, which may not have as high an efficacy, but it sounds fit my situation better.

I’ve done a lot of shopping and comparing of fish oil softgels and have reached the conclusion that these are these best you can buy. Prior to seeing these in my chiropractor’s office I scanned the labels and specs on many brands at Mothers, Vitamin Shoppe, Sprouts and Amazon vendors. These have 430 mg of EPA and 290 mg of DHA per softgel, with a recommended dose of two.. If you compare as well, you will find most other brands, including those sold as premium products at health food stores at premium prices don’t have the same potency.Especially among Krill Oil products. My chiropractor shared a clinical study that showed taking fish oil containing levels of EPA and DHA consistent with these supplements caused participants to say it had the same favorable affect as taking ibuprofen. I make no claims. I am not a doctor, am not associated with any supplement company and can only say for myself I believe these are a very high quality supplements. I do prefer to get these either shipped in cool weather or from a cool store front, and then keep them in a refrigerator to help ensure their potency. I don’t believe any of these products, regardless of enteric coating, purity or other claims will be 100 percent free of any fish taste ever, but these are are almost perfect in that regard. I recommend you read up on Essential Fatty Acids and Omega 3’s, as it will be a good investment in your health and there is much good info out there at credible internet sources. Despite comments I have heard from even a medical specialist, not all fish oil supplements are the same.
