I was super excited to try this as my friends had been talking about colostrum, and I have been taking collagen for a while. I put 2 packets in my coffee the first morning (2/3 of a daily serving) and moved on with my day. I had lunch with my husband and went out to dinner with some friends and over the course of the day was in so. much. pain. I honestly don’t know the word for it – bloated? crampy? Really, it just felt like my entire abdomen was filled with trapped gas that wouldn’t release. My husband was surprised because we ate the exact same thing. I went to bed in pain but woke up better the next day and did it all over again with the same results. This time I made the connection.
I don’t have allergies/food sensitivities, am on no medications, and can pretty much eat whatever I want, so I never thought I’d have an adverse reaction to a supplement. Just be aware of the possibility of having the complete opposite outcome of what you’d expect for seemingly no reason. I read that some people dealt with these “side effects” for a month or so before it eased up. I canNOT imagine going through that for a month!
I’m planning on giving this to my friend who loves colostrum. I’m aware it works for some people but can have devastating effects on others. Try these packets first (or better yet, try a friend’s!) before getting any for yourself. It’s an expensive experiment.

It has only been four days and I do not feel much different. I am not sure how long it will take but usually thing take about 2 weeks from what I have learned in the past. I am leaving a review now however to let people know that it does not dissolve as good as other reviews have said. I have tried slowly pouring and stirring, putting the powder in first then adding the water, shaking the bottle vigorously. Everything did not dissolve the powder. If anyone has a suggestion I am willing to try it. this is the reason for the 4 stars.

To be honest I wasn’t expecting much from this supplement. I am always wary of brands with a ton of marketing but this supplement is actually great. I can’t say I have noticed a difference gut wise, BUT my hair has been growing like crazy and my skin is super glowy. My coworkers were literally shocked with how fast it had grown in just a few weeks since last seeing them. Hair growth alone is enough for me to keep taking this.

I am less bloated, especially in the morning. I’m on my third refill and upgraded to the largest serving size. Overall my skin and hair feel more alive and I have more energy. It took about two months for me to feel more energized. I take this straight to the mouth and I don’t mind the flavor. I’ve mixed it in my MUDWTR and AG1.

I bought the orange packets to try the product.It’s like several very strong chewable baby aspirin. That evening and the next day I had a burning red rash all around my mouth.This was the only new product I have added.Very pricey and non refundable.Beware of information you get on social media’s .Influencers are just that an that’s how they make a living.

I received my order of Blood Orange flavor on 4/24. I wanted to give myself a couple weeks to see if I noticed any changes before leaving a review.
Armra isn’t cheap so I started off with one box of 30 packets. I take anywhere from 1-2 packets a day. I dump a packet into a bottle of water and shake it vigorously, which seems to mix it well, for the most part. Every couple of sips, I’ll shake a bit a more.
The flavor is doable for me. If you look at the ingredients, you will see that there is organic Stevia leaf extract – I’ve always found Stevia to leave a bit of an after taste but with this, it’s tolerable and I just wash it away with an undiluted bottle of water. I can put up with a little bit of after taste if it means this product is sugar-free, which it is.
I’m still trying to reconcile the cost, however. One box is $64.50 (which includes tax), that comes out to $2.15 per packet so I gave the value for money 4 stars.
Now, for the changes – I’m a 51 year old female who has been going through MP for a couple years, so believe me, I am completely in tune with my body. When I see a change, it’s not something I’m hopeful is happening – it’s something that actually HAS happened.
My fingernail growth has sped up – my polishes used to last up to 3 weeks. In just under two, it’s time for a refresh. I have not noticed any difference in nail strength.
I have 2 toe nails (oddly, it’s the same toe on each foot) that ALWAYS grow in gray. This is the first time that I see the new growth is not coming in gray.
For almost the last 2 years, my gray hair has come in so fiercely that I have to do a root touch-up every other week and a full color the weeks in between the root touch-ups. I am now 1 week and 3 days since my last color with just minimal graying. I think I will get to the 2 week mark before I HAVE TO color again. Just to be sure I wasn’t trying to see something that wasn’t really happening, I had my husband sift through my hair and he was quite amazed at how little gray was present.
Other than the descriptions above, I haven’t noticed any other changes. I am not on any medications nor do I take supplements on a regular basis (other than ARMRA).
Just keep in mind when you’re ooo-ing and aaaahhh-ing over these wonderful things that are happening to many people who are taking ARMRA (or any other product), everyone’s body is different and what might happen with many others, may not be the case for you and the other way around. While supplement/product reviews are great (I, for one, am certainly influenced by them) it doesn’t necessarily mean you will see the same results.
I would definitely recommend this product (and already have) and will be buying 2 boxes next time.
