Even though this supplement is expensive, it is worth it’s price in gold!! I have many friends going through menopause and they all have horrible symtoms; hot flashes being the most common complaint. The only time I have experienced any menopause symptoms was the one time I forgot my monthly reorder and boy did I regret that!! It was awful!! Hot flashes all day and night!! Try this product is all I can say!!

My cousin who is very into herbs and supplements recommended this product. I just realized how well this product worked. I just tried a different brand from Solaray and after 2 days requested a return. That brand made me bloat so bad. 2 days after I stopped taking them I was back to normal and reordered the doTERRA. doTERRA brand helped my mood and even lost a few of the pounds I gained in the last 6 months. I really wish I would have known about Phyto a few years ago when all the Peri symptoms started setting in. I am now 6 months with no period, so I guess the real change is happening. I feel so bad for everyone that is having bad symptoms. It’s HARD On me and my family. The only difference I can see between doTerra and the cheaper brands ingredients is maybe the Black Cohosh in the cheaper brand was causing the horrible bloating that I had. I only took the cheaper brand for 2 days and was in tears. Fortunately I don’t have the hot flashes and sweats….yet ? Black Cohosh is supposed to be good for those. After the research I did, multiple reputable sources said Black cohosh can cause weight gain in 12% of people. doTERRA does not have Black Cohosh. I am trying to figure out what I can give up in order to afford these pills…gel nails…good shampoo. Oh god, I think I’m going to cry again. I have twins going to college in the fall. Empty nest syndrome too!!! Lord help me. Tears.
Just to be informed, talk to your physician before taking this product. There is some controversy over Phytoestrogen, but I feel that doTERRA is a reputable company and my physician feels they are safe for me compared to chemical HRT. I was skeptical but glad my coworker recommended. I had tried Black Cohosh first and that did nothing. Tried this and just when I was about to give up i realized the improvement of my hot flashes. It took about a month but I am not miserable anymore. I went from changing my clothes 5 times a night to not at all. I no longer have to wear a fan around my neck. My makeup doesn’t feel like it is dripping off my face with all the sweat. My hot flashes are not completely gone but instead of lasting 10+ min, they last about 15 seconds and I do not get all sweaty. I am also sleeping through the night again. I went from 4 hours back to 7.5 hours of sleep a night.
If you decide to try it I definitely suggest you try it for a few months. After my first month I did not order my second bottle in time. I had a gap of not having any for about 3-4 days. This caused my hot flashes to come back for a bit. Try not to miss a dose.
